Hotel Topazz Lamee

Nice centrally located hotel. prices are that linens were very nice and comfortable on the beds and all Front Desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. Also, the hotel is extremely centrally located large enough room and very nice bathroom conass is that I stay there nine days and there's not a single chair in the room so very uncomfortable being and applies for nine days and no chair. There was one stool also dirty glasses in the room if it had a drop of soft drink, water, or wine instead of being cleaned and changed simply had a coaster sit on top of it. This was not a one time occurrence happened repeatedly. I think it's a picture so you'll know what I'm talking about the breakfast may or may not be included in your room the breakfast was adequate service of the breakfast room was very good and fresh squeeze orange juice was very good no danish or muffins, which would be expected when paying this price for breakfast again really friendly staff in breakfast room, the room was beautiful with fresh linens on the tables.

Hotel Topazz has an outstanding location — just one minute from St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the metro station, and all kinds of shopping. Everything you need is literally at your doorstep, making it perfect for exploring Vienna on foot.||This is a boutique hotel, so it doesn’t offer many extra services like room service or extensive facilities, but that’s part of its appeal. What it may lack in services, it makes up for with personalized attention.||The staff are very warm and welcoming, with special thanks to Mohamed, who was exceptionally helpful and made the stay feel personal and comfortable.||The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the room cleaning service is excellent — consistently thorough and reliable.||Overall, Hotel Topazz is an excellent choice if you prioritize location, cleanliness, and friendly staff over full-service amenities. Highly recommended.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Good room size for 2 adults and 1 child. Bed comfy, room clean.I would mention that maybe a door into shower area as no privacy when showering. Which my son didn’t like being 15yrs old. Breakfast is expensive and cheaper at near by restaurants. Reception staff very friendly. Would recommend to family and friends and would stay again if in Vienna.

We stayed in the penthouse at Hotel Topazz Lamee and had a wonderful experience. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with a wraparound balcony on two sides that offered plenty of seating and views in every direction. Floor-to-ceiling windows ran along those same two sides, filling the space with light, but heavy curtains allowed for complete privacy whenever needed.||Inside, the suite was thoughtfully laid out: a separate shower and tub, a separate toilet room with its own sink, and even a walk-in closet, which made unpacking and settling in easy.||Breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Guests can order from the menu or enjoy the buffet. My wife especially enjoyed the made-to-order eggs and pancakes, while I loved the salmon, cheeses, and fresh breads from the buffet.||The staff made the stay even more enjoyable. They were warm, attentive, and consistently friendly — always greeting us and wishing us a good day.||Overall, the penthouse at Hotel Topazz Lamee was a fantastic choice. Between the comfort of the room, the quality of the breakfast, and the exceptional service, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for a stay in Vienna. Loved the vibe of the hotel and area around the hotel. We went to the roof top bar and enjoyed a cocktail while watching the sun set. Staff was friendly and helpful with handling our luggage on our early arrival as well as prior communication on navigating from the airport to the hotel.

Topazz & Lamee are two separate buildings located near each other. Location of this hotel is in the heart of Vienna — just a few steps away from St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Upon reservation, make sure to check the description carefully:|if it says Lamee, that means your room will be in the separate building; if it says Topazz, that’s the main building where the reception and breakfast area are located. The Lamee building has 8 floors and a rooftop café, very cozy , snacks and drinks with a view. the hotel definitely doesn’t meet the standards of a 5-star property — I would rate it as a solid four stars.

Have just stayed at the hotel for a week of vacation in Vienna. The location is great , it is close to everything you would want to do or see your first time in Vienna, though it may be quite loud at night on Fridays and Saturdays. Rooms are nice and I felt like we had enough space for our luggage. Good shower , bath and a toilet . All great. Two things that were not the best : 1. The toilet mirror did not have bright lights and was quite dim and threw shadow on the face . The little mirror that was supposed to have light was not working. Not make up friendly. 2. There was a couch . The fabric was quite dirty . I think they tried to wash some parts of it but it still looked not clean. So that bothered me . I would suggest to change the fabric altogether. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. The possibility to stay there again is high.

We stayed at the Lamee hotel, which is as described right by the topazz. The location is great, near by everything that you need. The service was ok, we didn’t not had a specific issue. The room is a bit disappointment, the design is a bit old, and the tables are not super clean. The beds are not comfortable (personal taste). Value for money is probably good, but It seems like topazz facilitates are superior.
