This hotel is a true gem! It boasts elegant decor and impeccable maintenance. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and demonstrate extensive knowledge of Bologna's attractions and dining options. Our suite was spacious and tastefully refurbished, featuring a large shower, private terrace, and a king-sized bed with luxurious linens and ample pillows. Notably, the air conditioning system operates with remarkable silence. Car parking is close by at €9 for 24hrs. The hotel is Walking distance to the historic area of the city , shops and restaurants. The hotel has a fantastic roof top bar with views over Bologna. Book direct with the hotel for the best rate !

Brilliant hotel - we were warmly greeted and the room was light and airy with a fantastic shower! Superb quiet location in central Bologna so all the main sights are easy to reach on foot. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in similar hotels. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend in May on a mini break.||Bedroom was nice, not that big but OK. Big comfy bed. The safe was big enough for ipads and larger items. Windows were double glazed and had shutters behind them which were absolutely brilliant for keeping the daylight out – so good sleep quality. Wardrobe space was limited but we managed.||Good strong shower with separate hand held which is important. Hooks on the wall so I could hang my shower cap and dressing gown. Shower gel and liquid soap was provided as was a hairdryer.||No make up mirror. No toweling robes. Lots of clean towels||Breakfast was usual buffet with a reasonable variety of choice. They had percolated coffee which was great. (I don’t like machine coffee).||Reception staff were friendly and helpful||Location was great. Just a short walk from the centre. ||We really enjoyed our stay.

We reserved a junior suite with a terrace. The room was very spacious. The terrace didn't have a view and it was a wee bit dreary. If I had to do it again, I would have skipped the extra cost of the terrace. Location was good - 15 min walk to the main piazza. There are bars and restaurants in the neighborhood.

First the positives: the room amenities are good, the rooms are relatively quiet, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The location (on a quiet side street) and proximity to the heart of the city is excellent. My principal complaint was the breakfast (not so much the food) but the staff. It was apparent after 5 days that the staff were intentionally ignoring us. Virtually every other guests were asked for their coffee orders, had their dishes bussed as they finished while the only time the staff approached us was when were leaving to ask for our room number. I will point out that we were dressed well and certainly were not offensive in any way. Was it our country of origin that was the issue?

We very much enjoyed our stay in this wonderful hotel that is conveniently located. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful, especially: Marta, Claudio, Mauricio and Giulia. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff was very accommodating. I highly recommend Touring hotel!

Really nice clean hotel, with a good location. For people from Europe, the room size is absolutely enough. Nice roof terasse, unfortunately we could not be there due to wheather issues. The breakfast was absolutely ok, we had low expactations but from that it was fantastic.

Roof top is a must with excellent service. Breakfast great. But checkout person was rude. Cut off my husband mid sentence. Did not listen to us. Wanted to rush us. Got my husband’s email somehow even though i booked the hotel. Also gave misleading info to my husband by email on checkout time. Cleaning ladies wanted to rush us out as well. Not worth the hassle. Too many hassles even though the room was nice.

Yelp
The location is really convenient: the hotel is inside the traffic-limited area but close to the free access zone and parking lots (not bad, if you are with a car). It's also close to one of the most elegant and fancy areas of Bologna (Galleria Cavour) and just 5 mins walking from Piazza Maggiore. The hotel in itself it's a real boutique hotel, that kind of effortlessly chic design for the lobby and the common areas, the Italian classic for the rooms. The rooftop is worth the staying. You have the most amazing view over the typical red roofs and clock towers of Bologna, while enjoying a Jacuzzi or a glass of wine in the lounge corner. Very sofisticate, but without trying too hard, if you know what i mean... As for the breakfast, there is quite a choice of handmade cakes, croissants, fresh fruit. The continental breakfast is also available (sausages, eggs, ham, salami, vegetables, etc.), but I didn't try it, since I am Italian and a purist! The staff is super kind and helpful. Elena, the girl at the reception, gave me the coolest advice, spacing from how to enjoy my staying in Bologna to where I could find the best flower shop in town! I will definitely choose it again, next time I am in Bologna.
