I had an amazing experience at Hotel Tourist Rest House in Agra. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and genuine care. The property has a very peaceful vibe, surrounded by a lovely green courtyard where you can sit, relax, and enjoy meals in a calm atmosphere. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, offering great value for money. The in-house restaurant is excellent – tasty food at reasonable prices, served in a garden setting that makes you forget the city’s rush. What really sets this place apart is the service – the staff go out of their way to help with everything, whether it’s arranging local tours, giving travel tips, or simply ensuring you have a pleasant stay. The location is also convenient, close to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, yet tucked away from the noise. Overall, this hotel feels more like a home than a commercial place. Clean and big rooms. They serve delicious food and you can enjoy it sitting in the garden especially candle light dinner. They also arranged a taxi for mathura and vrindavan at a good price. Best stay in agra, will definitely return back

(09/25) Fantastic and serene paradise in Agra for an incredible value! We payed 1350₹/13€ for the Deluxe room (via booking.com) - which was clean, spacious, calm, with comfy bed and shelf space. The most amazing thing was the staff: All of them were so kind and caring. They helped us with recommendations, transport and more, while ensuring we were not getting scammed. They even had my cloth fixed for free while we were out sightseeing. 12 out of 10 stars for them!! The building has a central patio with lovely plants and palm trees. You can have yummy food from the great restaurant with fast and friendly service. The location is right in the city center so everything is only a short autorickshaw ride away (Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, etc.). We would absolutely stay there again - Highly recommend!

We got a amazing rooms and service from them. It's nearest to the railway station about 1km from station. They provide nice foods and stay at reasonable rate and especially that receptionist specs guy is very humble and he guided us very politely. All persons are very humble and helpful.I recommend this hotel to stay for everyone

The hotel is located in a carm place. Very very neat and clean. Can Suggested to all families. The hotel has their own restaurant.The chef gajander and his junior had good for us .The room service and room service was excellent.The garden ambiance is very nice.all are frndly .thank U for team taj tourist rest house . Every tourist destination is near to the hotel.railway station is only 3km away from this

Outstandingly nice place to stay at a very good price. We came as a family of four (from Germany) and first thought it might be better to stay in a place closer to the Taj - but in fact ALL the attractions are within very easy reach by rickshaw, so the location is a definite plus. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we srnd them a warm Thank You! While the touristy areas of Agra might be a bit of a stressfull experience, with overly pushy street vendors etc, the Tourist Rest House is a peaceful place to relax in the evening. Wonderful little courtyard to sit and have a real good meal. Not crowded. Rooms are spotlessly clean.

Our stay at Tourists Rest House in Agra was a wonderful experience! The staff were all very attentive, capable, and friendly. When I needed advice about the best way to get from the railway station, they messaged me back immediately with helpful advice. In addition, they addressed all our concerns, once we arrived, about how to navigate the city and potentially challenging situations with persistent rickshaw drivers / tourist guides, and great advice for maximizing our visits to the Agra Fort and Taj Mahal. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was lovely to dine in the garden courtyard, and the food was great. We only had one night in Agra, but would have loved to stay in this hotel for longer. We will certainly stay here on future visits and recommend to anyone who is visiting Agra.
