Wonderful little hotel that was a perfect accommodation for a weekend trip. Our room had two nice views and plenty of space to unwind. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast (included) was a great way to start the day. The views just a few minutes away are absolutely lovely. Finding somewhere to park was a bit difficult, but everything else was great. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again!

Stayed for 2 night for our base along the Mosel for a quick weekend away. |This small boutique hotel is great. We had a really large renovated room. The location is great too. |The owners take great pride in their hotel and give a fantastic and friendly service. Breakfast (i love food) was lovely and all freshly prepared. |And their restaurant recommendation was spot on as well. |Would happily go back and highly recommend!

We had a nicely decorated and furnished bedroom with a pleasant modern bathroom. However, we had paid to upgrade to a junior suite. Our sitting room was sparsely furnished in keeping with the hotel's minimalist decor, and with it being a long narrow room there really was no incentive to sit on the sofa, staring at the nearby wall. There was a balcony, which might have been okay to sit on if the weather had been better, but the view from the balcony was not encouraging. We were on a walking holiday, and our luggage would have been delivered to the hotel several hours before we arrived. it would therefore have been a welcome bonus if our luggage could have been taken to our rooms. Instead we had to carry our bags, firstly down some steps to get to the lift and then when we got to the second floor we found that our room was down two flights of stairs on a stairwell not served by the lift.

Wonderful place!!! Friendly staff, super clean room, plenty of space! Favorite place I stayed in on my trip to Germany. Breakfast was exceptional!!! Location was excellent! I couldn’t find one thing wrong with my room. Staff even did my laundry for me (for a small fee). Went out of their way to make my stay great! Can’t wait to stay again!

This is a nice boutique hotel in a good location - and the breakfasts are excellent - but there are a couple of areas to improve. It's not that the staff are rude, just that throughout the hotel they don't exhibit much friendliness; it felt like staying at a hostel, where you take care of yourself. I checked in alone while my husband searched for an unspecified 'hotel parking space' a couple of streets over. Our nice, spacious room was a small trek from the front desk via the elevator, up a couple of steps, and then down 2 more flights of stone steps. That's fine if all you have is a backpack and one case, but alone with 3 suitcases and 2 bags, and after a 6-hour drive there, it would have been nice to have been offered some help (it wasn't busy). Otherwise, the only issue was the shower, which flooded the whole bathroom floor if left on for longer than 4 minutes.

We stayed for two nights in this lovely hotel. We had a really big room in the new part of the hotel. The views were wonderful. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was very good and every member of staff we met were friendly. There is a little room on the second floor with a large fridge which is stocked with wine, beer and soft drinks. You can help yourself and then pay at check out. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved the hotel and the people at Trabener Hof. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and we got the best advice from the lady who welcomed us. ||The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished and the bathrooms are also big and comfortable. Our room faced the main street (which is very picturesque, with the stunning building of the town hall just across our window). ||Breakfast is fresh and delicious with a wide variety to choose from. We are personally looking forward to returning to this gem.
