Hotel Transilvania

Hotel Transilvania is officially rated as a 4-star hotel, but I would say it feels more like a solid 3-star. The rooms are decent, clean, but nothing out of the ordinary — and there are no balconies, which some guests might miss. The hotel is clearly a bit older, and you can tell by some of the details in the room, though overall, cleanliness is well maintained. Breakfast is plentiful, with a good variety, but lacks anything particularly special or standout. A fine option if you’re not expecting luxury, but I wouldn’t rate it as a true 4-star experience.

Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment. The only real positives were the very comfortable bed and the convenient location. Beyond that, our experience was quite poor. The carpet in the room was dirty and worn, the air was musty, and there was mold in the bathroom. Staff seemed uninterested and showed little attention to guests.||The breakfast was shockingly bad for a hotel claiming to be four-star: limited selection, many items were dried out or appeared old. When we asked if something fresh could be prepared, we were told the kitchen didn’t have time. Overall, definitely not up to four-star standards.

This hotel is the best, and the staff is outstanding (especially the lady from the reception)! Everything was perfect during my stay!

I wanted to order food in the room, as I had some work to do, and the menu on the flyer looked pretty good. The problem was that the room phone wasn't working. I called the hotel front desk from my cell phone, but within 5 minutes nobody answered. I went down to eat out and the receptionist didn't seem busy. I asked her if there was a problem with the phones and she said no. I told her that the room phone was not working so I couldn't order at the restaurant, and the front desk no one answered. She replied that she heard the phone but she had a customer (I didn't ask why she didn't call me back). The next day the room phone still didn't work.

Very confy matress but the bathroom department not good. Overall very good reception. Didnt go to the restaurant so no ideea about that.

We really recommend this hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Lovely breakfast. Great staff 👍

Hotel Transylvania has a central location and has proven to be a friendly place with staff dedicated to the needs of guests.
