Hotel Travelodge Madrid Alcala de Henares

The hotel was fab unfortunately the restaurant was closed for lunch and the check in was slow. I found the bed very comfortable the rebound and firmness of the mattress provided a wonderful experience

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, it's clean and in a quite place and close to all facilities, traineras station, supermarket.........I do recommend it

Although the content was generally well-written, the absence of air conditioning in the rooms after mentioning the presence of air conditioning is a significant flaw that detracts from the overall reading experience.

Stayed there October 2024. The room had no heat for the majority of the time and a very large annoying sound coming from the ceiling. Did not sleep a wink during my whole stay there. Staff acted as if everything was fine. It was not. Will never stay at another Travelodge ever again. Terrible experience!

Great price for short rest. Loved how cute the key card was.. like a form of a credit card. ☺️ Was checked into a room on the high floor with a view! Hotel is close proximity to the central.. very convenient.

The hotel is easily accessible by car from the motorway and offers secure open air parking in addition to nearby on-road parking. Welcome at Reception was cheerful and efficient and the view from our 7th floor room was fab. Our room was very comfortable for our five night stay. There is a rail station just a few minutes walk away with trains towards both Alcala and Madrid. The pleasant walk into Alcala is just 35 minutes, on the level, and it was easy to return by taxi, Uber or train.|Would definitely return.

It was clean and the staff friendly. It has a great location. The train is close by and there are a lot of restaurants. It's great that pets are allowed. We like that there is also a private parking lot.
