As a person who loves to travel-I've stayed in so many hotels throughout my life. This one was the WORSE. The room looks nothing like in the pictures. It's extremely dirty. Do yourself a favor and please book somewhere else. Front desk was very rude as well!

Located in the Gangnam-gu neighborhood -close to the subway station and the KAL airport bus stop- with plenty dining outlets around. Rooms are airconditioned spacious and clean. Wifi is excellent. Personnel is friendly. |The hotel was obviously build as a modern design hotel and it still is. However the condition of the hotel is slightly outdated. If you don't mind a stain on the carpet in the corridor you can have a good hotel at a super location for a decent price. Recommended.

Cons: - AC worked, but can only go full blast or off. Seemed to turn off after extended use, like overnight, which makes sense. What stunk was when we would come back after a long day and it had been off. - The smell of cigarette smoke was constant. The smell would linger and seemed to come in through the bathroom exhaust vent. It was noticeable in the hallway. They definitely must be aware of this and nothing is done to control it. If smoke irritates you or bothers you in any way, I’d stay away from here. - Room floor was dirty. My feet had soot on them from the tile floor. - Walking into the room to see a can of roach killer was not the most appealing sight. - You can tell the towels were not new. Some were stained various colors. Careful with the toilets and paper! Although, most if not all of the bathrooms in the city had warnings about this! - Hallways were dark and dirty. Those carpets need a good steam cleaning and the elevators need lights. - Of the 3 hotels we were in this trip, this was the only one where I needed an outlet adapter. The others had them built in. Might have to do with the ages of the buildings. Pros: - Room service: honestly, everyone was nice and courteous. That definitely goes a long way. Some days we were short a shower towel and we’d get home late, but they’d run a towel right up. Definitely don’t be afraid to ask for help here. Front desk employees are nice, too! - Despite the roach killer spray can, we only had one little bug. - Our view was decent. If we angled the view correctly, you can see some of a massive church a few blocks away. - Central to transportation and places to eat.

This is not a ‘hotel’ but a ‘motel or inn’. I advise you never to waste your money on accommodation in such a shabby and poor place. I thought I would leave because it was so uncomfortable during my week-long stay, but I regret it. 1) Messy room 2) Large garbage bag left on the stairs 3) A bathroom without a bathtub 4) Crude and unfriendly response from the old front desk manager 5) Unfriendly and rude response from another old front desk employee 6) The two young front desk staff responded well. Please remove the sign that says 'Hotel' and change it to 'Tria Motel' or 'Tria Inn' immediately. I'm really angry and regret spending my money on such a shabby and unfriendly place.

Absolutely LOVED my stay here in August and September. I was there for 5 weeks, hopping out to Japan and back, and this hotel proved to be the best. Gorgeous restaurants and cafes opposite, cabs easy to get, transport links everywhere, metro just up the road, busses to anywhere you want to go, close to Starfield CoEx mall, Joseon Palace hotel and shopping centre with whole floors of restaurants, and Tehran-ro is a 2 minute walk, a main artery road to everywhere. Tria is being renovated at the end of 2024, and I cannot wait to see what they do with this gorgeous, quirky place. I hope they keep the amazing staff!!

The room was dirty, found feces on the bathroom floor. It was suppose to be a non smoking room, but upon entering, smelled of cigarettes.Toilet would overflow a few times the second time they came to fix it, was told, dont flush the toilet papers down the toilet. They expect guests to throw used toilet paper in the trash can? Not good idea especially after wiping your bu**! The room will smell like sh**!We booked a royal deluxe but was given a standard deluxe room. Requested 2 twin beds, but only available room room was with 1 bed.

Let me start off by saying that this was my 5th time staying at this hotel and in the past I've always recommended it as it is modern and very affordably priced. ||||Our flight landed in Seoul at 400am and we got to the hotel around 645am. Upon arriving we were told that we had to wait until 200pm to checkin as there were no rooms available. Within the next 3 hours of sitting in the lobby we saw at least 3 people checkout and when asked if we could have their room once it is cleaned we were abruptly told no. I stated that my wife was exhausted from traveling all day and I was allowed early check-in without a problem during my previous stays so he said that for a 20,000 won fee I could checkin 2 hours earlier at noon. I continued to reiterate my point and he finally said he would let me checkin 1 hour earlier at 1 pm for no charge but that was the absolute earliest.||||My wife and I left to go eat and upon coming back there was now a woman with very bushy eyebrows working the front desk. I kept asking if we could checkin earlier and she kept lying to my face claiming that none would be cleaned until 200pm when I had just been offered a noon checkin for a fee. At 1245pm I asked if it was really necessary for us to wait the last 15 minutes and she refused to be reasonable and oblige. When the clock finally hit 100pm only then did she finally give us the key to our room. As soon as we walked in we noticed how filthy it was so I took a few pictures and went back downstairs to ask for a different one. This bushy eyebrowed woman argued with me and tried to tell me that it was acceptable and not dirty at all until an older gentleman working there stepped in and let us switch rooms. ||||Having to sit in the lobby for so many hours unnecessarily was such a miserable experience after traveling overseas all day. I have always stayed here on my previous trips but this will be the last time. I have never experienced such terrible customer service.

Not far away from our business adress, in the near of Gangnam. I always let order the STD rooms, very clean, safe and modern .. 2 elevators, and mostly rooms without any view outside , if you sleep on the lower floors there is some street noise and early noise of the garbage truck cleaning the bins ! ||Not a place to stay a long time, but good and friendly people at the reception ! ||The breakfast is very very minimal and all days the same ! Not included in the room price !
