Hotel Trio, Healdsburg was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t be more convenient — right by a scenic walking and bike path, and just a quick stroll to Healdsburg Plaza. Plus, there’s an excellent grocery store across the street offering a wonderful selection of local wines, cheeses, pastries, and gourmet treats—perfect for breakfasts on the go or relaxing picnics. Our room at Hotel Trio was clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Each morning, we enjoyed a fresh and delicious complimentary breakfast. The staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. After a day of exploring, the pool was the perfect spot for unwinding. Highly recommend Hotel Trio for its prime location, fantastic amenities, and top-notch service. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We recently spent one night at the Hotel Trio as part of a wine country getaway, and found it to be very comfortable and convenient. A few specific points: ||We found the front desk service to be super friendly and caring - - noteworthy in a sea of hotels where that isn’t the case.||Our room was comfortable and spacious, even including a small balcony. ||The hotel is within an easy walk of downtown Healdsburg, and maybe just far enough outside of the main square area to be quieter. You can easily walk into town on the main streets, or there’s also a walking/bike path just next to the parking lot that will take you into the main part of town. ||There’s a grocery store across the street, breakfast in the lobby, and a self-serve by-the-glass wine dispenser at the bar. For anything you might need delivered to your room, the hotel has a robot named “Rose”. ||There are EV charging stations available in the parking lot, at a nominal charge, which is awesome. We used them for our trip and it was super convenient. That said, in our two days at the hotel, we noted two trucks who blocked these spaces consistently and unnecessarily - - - in other words, total jerks. We still were able to charge our vehicle; but just note that you likely will be competing for space with people who are actively attempting to impede charging. Ironically, there’s an incremental fee to EV drivers for idle time at the chargers. Advice to the hotel: We would strongly suggest implementing a penalty fee - let’s start with $100 for the first 24 hours, $200 for the next 24 hours, and $300 for the next - for vehicles blocking these spaces. They are very clearly signed. If you’re going to charge EV drivers an idle fee, it’s stupid to give the blockers a free ride - it should be a noticeable, higher fee. After all, it’s costing the hotel money for these to be blocked. ||Overall a great stay, and we look forward to returning!

Really clean hotel. Wonderful welcome from Jayden who we had a few chats to during our visit. We loved the mini wine wall. Room was well appointed, large and had every amenity. Very good bathroom. Rates were quite expensive but were cheaper than downtown. There was a charge to park your car. |Breakfast was ok but some stations were not replenished (we went down a good 45 minutes before service finished). |Shuttle into Healdsburg was great and we used it both evenings we were there.

What a disappointment ! We had friends stay there a month ago and said it was convenient and nice . I am a big 5 star reviewer and give places the opportunity to fix things before writing a review. Often I just chalk it up to “they had a bad day, not writing a review at all about this one !” But we gave the front desk and hotel manager a chance ! ||We had the worst experience ! First off we just finished co-hosting our child’s wedding and were staying here before making the 10 hour drive home, so it was just one night and we were exhausted! I think the front desk agent was Tristan(not sure of name but had dark hair and mustache) . I am in the hospitality business so if a person comes in all haggard and tired, you go above to make sure they know they Landed in the right place . Not this guy .. he was stoic, unfriendly and darn right useless . ||I heard from friends about the 15.00 credit towards wine, he said nothing ||I heard from friends that breakfast is included, he said nothing .||All he cared about was getting a 150 pet cleaning deposit (we have a 6# dog and the room floors are LVP ) and to make sure to charge if we were parking a car . ||Beds .. very very VERY firm beds, a sheet and very thin blanket (it’s actually like another sheet ) and the springs were broken on my husband’s side . Every time he turned, it woke him and me ! ||Checking out … guess who we get again.. yep ! I see that they charged $24 tax for the pet fee so now that fee is actually 174 !!! For one night !!! 73% of the actual room fee!||I explained our lack of sleep and now we have 10 hrs drive and that the springs are broken and I got “I’m sorry about that” as he kept typing in the computer . ||I asked if a mgr was on duty and he said not for another hour . So I asked if he would have them call me and we departed .||A couple hours later I called the hotel and left a msg for the manager (yes dark mustache guy answered the phone ) and 24 hours later , still no return call !! I wanted to speak to them prior to writing a review . ||That guy should be working on maintenance or cleaning toilets , NOT the front desk ! I give up, so reviewing away !

A fantastic place to stay in Healdsburg! Hey Birders! Cliff Dwelling Swallows nest at this location 🤩😍 The lobby is very comfortable with a selfserve wine bar, snacks and travel amenities that you may have forgotten available for purchase. Plus there is a grocery store across the street. The rooms are pet friendly and have perfect kitchenettes. The beds are very comfortable and the showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plus the front desk staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. Thank you Tristan!!

Great Marriott Bonvoy Hotel in Healdsburg. This is a fairly new hotel that opened in 2018. Lots of amenities and rooms are decent size. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is better than average and there is hot coffee when you get up. Great pool and gym as well. Nice kitchenette in the room for snacks and treats after a long hard day of wine tasting.

This used to be a good hotel when we first visited a few years back. However, it is now an average property with terrible lobby staff behavior. ||We booked two rooms for this short trip with our friends. Instead of asking us if both rooms had a car, they just assumed we did and added $20 for each room. It is bad enough for this place to charge for parking (it’s not like this is in a downtown area and they don’t have parking spaces), but to add parking fees for both rooms is just a scam. When I called to highlight this error, the person just made an excuse that the system automatically adds it. Really???||We had prepaid for both rooms and I had specifically picked the kind of rooms we wanted. However when we checked in, we got one accessible room and there were no other options. How the hell does a hotel take my money several days ago for a specific room and then just gives me an accessible room. When I called the front desk, the person was not only unhelpful, he was slow, as he needed several minutes to just follow up on one request. ||Lastly, the breakfast is average, and the hot breakfast items were not replenished for more than half an hour, as they forgot to make it in advance when it ran out.

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Trio after winning a stay during a charity fundraiser. We probably would not have chosen to stay here if researching on our own however, it ended up being the perfect home base for exploring the Sonoma and Napa areas! The hotel is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, ideal for both couples, friends and/or families traveling together. Our room had a mini kitchen, which was incredibly convenient and met all our needs during our stay. The pool is small but charming, and we appreciated how peaceful it was whenever we decided to use it. The location is excellent, easy access to the highway and right across the street from a great market offering fresh prepared foods and snacks, which came in handy after long days of wine tasting and exploring. The staff at Hotel Trio truly stood out. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. On our last night, we had an issue with the TV due to an internet connectivity problem. The front desk staff and maintenance team went above and beyond to try to resolve it. While they weren’t able to fix it, their efforts were sincerely appreciated. They offered us a room change which we politely declined, as we had another device to stream on. Their attentiveness and customer care did not go unnoticed, and the situation did not change our opinion of this hotel. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable, we wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next trip to wine country!

Yelp
When I was here a few weeks ago, I left my favorite pair of boots in the room when I checked out. Upon arriving home, I realized that my boots were gone. I frantically called the hotel, and within 24 hours, I connected with Kim, head of housekeeping. She told me she found my boots and we could be reunited I was thrilled until I learned that they used a third party website to send items to me. Having had a subpar experience with this before, I begged Kim to keep my boots and let me pick them up. She agreed. (Thanks!!) I stayed at hotel trio last night. It was as great as last time. This morning, I asked about my boots. Unfortunately, Kim wasn't in yet. BUT, within 15 minutes, the manager brought me my boots. Kim had left them on her desk. Kim is fantastic and an asset to Marriott. I hope she is rewarded for her attention to detail! Thank you Kim and Hotel Trio. I will definitely return and tell others. In another good note, i want to recognize Linda and Alex for their work at breakfast. They are completely overworked and do a fantastic job keeping the area clean and the food stocked. Thanks!

Yelp
Hubby & I just used one of our Marriott rewards certificate for an overnight stay. We capitalized on shoulder season. 35k points for a Thursday night. We drove up from the City. Played golf nearby Windsor. Every hotel room is a suite. Previously this was a Residence Inn. I recognized the layout once I entered our hotel room. Room 301. Small kitchen area. It seems the hotel has gotten a makeover. New lighting, new carpeting, new furnishings in the lobby, etc. We spotted a "Rosie" carpet cleaner in the hallway outside our room. It was attempting to vacuum but was stuck. Liked- * ample self outdoor parking. * $15 wine credit. There's an automated wine bar that dispenses wine. We exceeded the amount by $3.00. * every afternoon a boutique winery comes. You're able to sample their estate wines and ask questions. * typical complimentary hot breakfast. * hotel shuttle to the downtown area. Every hour and half hour. We didn't utilize this service but nice perk. Disliked - * $18 destination fee. * $20 parking fee. * sales tax on the $3.00 difference we exceeded wine credit. * pet friendly hotel. An hotel guest brought his dog to breakfast. The dog pooped on the floor in the breakfast area. Ugh. This was a very nice clean hotel. Front desk was friendly. We'd return.

Yelp
Check in was great! Clerk found us a perfect room at 11am as we needed to check us in early. Loved the 15.00 credit we received to use at the wine dispenser. Nice grounds, excellent pool, and great breakfast! Only negative, when we returned at 11pm after being gone all day with our "Please Clean Room" green light on, nobody cleaned the room. Same dirty towels we left, and the beds were not made. Quite disappointing. And no explanation.

Yelp
My wife and I spent the weekend at the hotel on our recent trip to Healdsburg for some wine tasting. The hotel is part of the bonvoy family so we were able to use our pts for the stay. It looks like the hotel got a facelift as the lobby and decor seem to have been upgrade in recent years and they seem to have embraced technology as they have a robot which can bring stuff to your room like towels, food from the pantry, etc., they also have roomba type machines vacuuming the halls. Tips: They have a shuttle that takes you into the town square, you can save some money by not having to take uber or find parking. I wish we knew this earlier and could have saved some money. Breakfast: They serve a daily hot breakfast, and also have a few gluten free options. It seems like there is one item that rotates daily (breakfast bagel, denver omelet, biscuts and gravy). They also have some fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, etc. Pretty much your typical hotel breakfast buffet. Wine pours: During the weekday there is a daily wine pour from 3-5pm. I believe its free but never made it to one as we were already doing wine tasting at various estates. Service: I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. Overall we found the stay to be comfortable and would recommend this location for any weekend trip.

Yelp
Great hotel within walking distance of the downtown plaza. This is a Residence Inn so rooms have full refrigerator, microwave and bar sink. Our king bed room was about $300/night compared with plaza hotels at least $100-$300/night more. Triston was at the front desk both days. He was friendly, professional, and helpful. We will stay at hotel Trio again.

Yelp
We stayed here for one night while on our first trip to Healdsburg. It's a nice, modern hotel with decent sized rooms and lots of ammenities. Our room had a full kitchen. Unfortunately it was raining when we stayed so we didn't get to try the pool. The gym seems to be well appointed. They also offered a breakfast that we took advantage of in the morning. The breakfast wasn't too fancy but it had all the basics, Eggs, Bacon, Toast, Oatmeal, Juice and Cereal. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service that takes you downtown. I would stay here again.

Yelp
Excellent hotel, the level of thought put into layout, design, and function is immaculate. One of the best operated hotels I've ever stayed in, I heartily recommend.

Yelp
Yikes! I had to leave my house for 24 hours for an extermination project. As a local, the folks at Trio were absolutely accommodating to my needs. They were flexible and worked around my needs. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, rooms are roomy (with a kitchen) and well thought out, well appointed. I had to order some ice for my room, delivered by Rose ( rozay) , the resident robot. She was perfect! And, to top it off, the friendly and accommodating folks gave me a local's discount! When friends ask where to stay, this will be my recommendation!

Yelp
Nice place, but, wow - the Manager here is extremely unprofessional. During check-in, a lovely employee was helping us, when the manager stepped in to correct him in front of everyone. The Manager's exact words were, "Get that c-word out of your mouth - those are not 'complimentary', guests have to pay for them" (he was talking about the pours of wine from the machine in the lobby). It was clear that he wasn't joking, and it made everyone in the lobby super uncomfortable. We couldn't believe that he would talk to his team in that manner, let alone do it in front of guests. The hotel was fine but to be honest I wouldn't stay here again knowing how the staff is treated.

Yelp
Booked a last minute and spontaneous trip to Healdsburg and had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Trio. The lobby smelled amazing and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Our room felt like a cute apartment and was stocked with everything you'd need. When you order anything up to your room a cute robot will bring it to your door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again the next time we're in the area!
google avatar

Nicole K.

Yelp
We last minute booked a stay at hotel trio and the standouts were the free shuttle to downtown (Ubers would have been $20 each way and it gave us freedom to explore the downtown at our pace), the free breakfast with a big spread you don't find at hotels anymore, and the $15 drink credit with the room. We also loved how spacious the room was - like a mini apartment with a kitchen. I only wish the pool area also had a hot tub, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Yelp
Great hospitality and friendly staff. Very kid-friendly hotel. Close to downtown Healdsburg and the shopping center. Will be coming back with the family.
google avatar

Yelp
We have been staying here for over 7 years. Upon checkout at our last stay they over charged us for wine we did not drink and the supervisor would not reverse the charges. They just lost loyal customers over $30. I will never stay here again.

Yelp
what a beautiful hotel. The amenities are fantastic. Cassidy was very pleasant at the front desk. We look forward to coming back.

Yelp
Clean , quiet rooms and a competitive price. The free shuttle downtown is wonderful and beats trying to find parking in downtown Healdsburg!

Yelp
SERVICE $12 Self-service parking (uncovered). Great aroma and aesthetic in the lobby. I would have spent more time here if the guests didn't stare so profusely, but generally felt safe. Lightning fast (early) checkin. Friendly & professional receptionist. Very diverse. Wine dispensers were not functioning properly (poured 1oz when paying for 4oz, costs $18). Handicap accessible pool. Accommodating with our noise complaints. Late-checkout offered (2pm). Felt safe. ROOM Silicon valley prefab-studio-turned-hotel design. Mix of carpeted and wood flooring. Long desk and ergonomic chair for work. Windows are functional and can be opened for air Wall paper, inside & outside the room, has seen better days, but there appeared to be active maintenance (for better or for worse) to update it. KITCHEN Stocked and fully functional prefab studio kitchen. All the things you would expect in a modern apartment: Stainless steel appliances, stove, dishwasher, sink, etc. BED Hit-or-miss beds (Some have loud springy based), but the sheets were fresh & the pillows were large & dense. The duvet was very cozy and comfortable. The top layer blanket wasn't very heat retentive or as cozy. Overhead reading lights. Plenty of outlets and ports for charing electronics. BATH Large modern electric mirror & a separate vanity space. Spacious walk-in shower with 3 spray pattern shower head but the water pressure is too weak to take advantage of the larger 2 spray patterns. Mounted shower caddy & ledge for your personal products or you can use the 39 degree north bath products. Mansfield toilet with eco friendly flush. Angel soft 2 ply TP. Highly absorbent Bath robe with functional short-sleeves. There was a bit of rust on the outer base & some pink mold on the shower caddy, but cleaning standards seem moderately good. The double sliding door w/latch design is noisy & awkward to close in the middle of the night. It's "fun" & aesthetically pleasing but not ideal if sharing the space with another. TV LG 55" smart TV on swivel base. There is already a free Netflix & HBO MAX integration, but we received an error whenever we tried to use the feature. Easily accessible ports for connecting a mobile device. NOISE Particularly dreadful: guests upstairs running sound, maintenance workers in the hallways; kids in the pool outside. Isolation between rooms seemed good otherwise. FOOD Wine dispenser wasn't functional during our stay which is a bummer as it's a large part of the local culture. There's a rotating breaker buffet with allergy friendly (!) items & a small snack market available. A concierge service is also available to do your grocery shopping same-day. Since this is a Marriott property, you earn (double) hotel points/miles by using UberEats for the same function, so there's a bit of a clash with the UberEats partnership. Electronic (rosy the robot) delivers ice directly to your door! The hospitality aspect is overall very strong despite the kinks! WIFI Above average wifi performance. Very functional for multiple devices + multi tasking for work. 90 Mbps down; 21 Mbps up Good QoS for mobile device which is important since cell reception (Verizon) is hit or miss in the rooms. The service here was the most memorable part, especially after having such a terrible experience at a Hyatt the night before. I would love to return when the kinks get worked out. Highly recommend to anyone passing through Hapsburg. Strong 3.5/5 Video walkthrough: https://www.instagram.com/reel/CuAmvnAOgGD/?igshid=YzcxN2Q2NzY0OA==

Yelp
Nice Residence Inn property. Rooms clean and modern, open spacious lobby popular with guests, friendly staff, easy parking in back. Here's what I found most useful for visitors. I'm going to share breakfast, lunch and dinner options: There is a paved walking / biking path beside the hotel (foss creek path). While Trio offers guests a free (standard Renaissance fare) breakfast, take time to make the 20-minute walk into downtown Healdsburg every morning and get your coffee and breakfast at the historic Cousteax French Bakery. For lunch, Big John's Market across the street from the hotel makes great deli sandwiches. Unassuming, excellent Otero Sushi is one block from the hotel with outdoor dining. So there you are -- all bases covered, no driving required.

Yelp
Our family of 3 (2 adults and one 5 year old child) had a great one night stay here! The hotel is modern and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfectly satisfactory (the scrambled eggs, sausage patties, coffee, and toast were good; I only wished they had some fresh cut fruit available). My daughter enjoyed the heated outdoor pool! We are happy to have discovered this hotel and look forward to returning!

Yelp
We stayed here when it was brand new while we were exploring the Mendocino Coast and Sonoma County Wine Country on a long weekend. We chose this location as it was centrally located in our itinerary. It's also located near the exit off-ramp and on-ramp along Highway 101 so it was easy to get in and out from. Check-in was a breeze and the Front Desk staff was pleasant and friendly. They even offered us information on places to eat and surrounding areas. Just like Marriott Residence Inn, the rooms are very similar and they're almost like a carbon copy of each other. There's a kitchen, living room and a king size bed. We usually eat out when we're on a trip, but having a kitchen with a fridge with a freezer is a luxury. We can reheat our food properly and keep our beverages cold. The Fitness Center is adequate as I just need some dumb bells for my exercise and I'm good to go. They have an outdoor pool, but we didn't utilize because it was winter and cold. The layout is efficient with the parking lot located in the back and it was easy to get to with multiple entrances from the sides and back. You can also view your car from your window to keep an eye on it and to give you some piece of mind. It rained on our 2nd day here, and I found a cozy spot on the 2nd floor to enjoy the deluge while I was sippin' on some hot coffee. Overall, a pretty relaxing hotel that's conveniently located with all the modern amenities. #YelpChallenge2020 review No. 41

Yelp
I showed up before official check-in time, so i went and had lunch and waited around. At 3 o'clock i asked if the room was ready, and they finally decided to call up to housekeeping and have my suite cleaned. 10 minutes later it was ready. When I got up to the room, there was pee on the toilet seat and used product in the shower. Makes you wonder how clean the rest of the room could possibly be. The view from the top floor is pretty bad, basically just the parking lot and the liquor store next door. The staff was mostly friendly and polite, but when my husband and I went to get a glass of wine from the "wine dispenser" we realized we needed them to activate the room key before we were able to, which reminded me that I had seen them walk multiple people over from check-in and activate their keys while i was waiting. Curious they didn't do that for me at check-in. When did get our wine, my husband's red wine kind of gurgled and spit wine into his cup, leaving it far less full than mine despite the bottle clearly not being empty. We could have complained but at this point expectations had plummeted. The "chrome cast" was completely dysfunctional, so i watched cable for the first time in years. Lastly one of the bedside lamps didn't work. It was a terrible stay for the price of the suite, and as bonvoy elite members, we've come to expect a lot more. They get two stars for the staff being friendly, particularly the woman who was working Saturday night, who helped me get additional bedding for my friend who stayed on the pullout bed that night.

Yelp
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for two nights- king studio suite with a full kitchen and amenities! Received complimentary wine when we checked in, the room was spacious, cozy bed and area to sit and watch tv. Breakfast was included in the price and parking. Only thing was with the breakfast, we with this replenished the offerings; a lot of stuff was gone by half the time of breakfast... The outside area was good, wish it had a hot tub- ice was only located on the 3rd floor but we needed more towels and somethings from the little market- Rose the Robot from it in minutes!! We wish the outdoor fire pits were on or the bar/restaurant was open but we understand the precautions and short staffing, We will be back again to use the bikes sometime and their shuttle service downtown.

Yelp
Writing another 5 star review, not only for the beauty of the hotel, but also the bar tender Kristine! She is absolutely so sweet and very attentive. She has great customer service skills and is an amazing conversationalist. I will certainly be back again for the beautiful rooms & to come see that bartender! She made the entire trip a 5/5. If I could give more than a 5 star review, I definitely would! Thank you hotel trio, and most of all, thank you Kristine! She is a great asset to the hotel!

Yelp
What a great find - love this hotel. Spacious rooms and fully equipped for all your needs. Gourmet deli across the road. Room is great, hotel is a short trip from downtown or 15-20 min walk depending on how hot it is. Great lounge area in lobby. Gym is well maintained and useful. Will definitely stay here again. Free shuttle into town. Great friendly staff. Wineries very close by.

Yelp
I've been staying in Healdsburg for about two decades and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Marriott finally built a hotel in this town! Being only two years old, the place sparkles! Upon arrival, guests are treated to a complimentary bottle of wine from Murphy Goode. The rooms here are functional, designed for long stays, with a full kitchen and appliances. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious, clean, and good. For those daring souls who are willing to try, a robot can bring snacks and beverages to your room. Naturally, I passed. And, better still, breakfast is included with your room: A buffet, that while it is not fancy, provides all four food groups and will not leave you hungry. The staff here too is convivial.

Yelp
Stayed at the Trio for a week and found the staff, amenities and room to be excellent on every count. They have a great crew working the desk and the place is clean and welcoming in a way few properties are these days. Highly recommend.

Yelp
We've stayed at Hotel Trio once before and plan on staying there again in the near future. While checking in, you are greeted with a bottle of wine and friendly service. The hotel is bright and clean. I am always appreciative of a hotel room with a kitchen mostly for leftovers to stay cool in the fridge. It's super close to the main area in Healdsburg. You can just walk to a bunch of businesses surrounding you. There is also Big John's across the street if you need to pick up any necessities or groceries. Oh, and you are also super close to wineries. Always a plus!

Yelp
Amazing staff Very professional and so friendly Especially Ryan and Maya at the check in Andrew and Lauren for the shuttle service Malena and the lovely lady at the breakfast place on Thursday morning. The location is so close to the heart of the town but they have an excellent shuttle service. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful with fresh products and very tasty The view from our junior suite with balcony was lovely and the room was super clean. The housekeeping Team do a fantastic Job The hotel is super clean and charming. We appreciate the gym! The swimming pool is gorgeous They have electric bike ... what a treat They are dog friendly Do not hesitate to book this place

Yelp
Always a great stay at Hotel Trio in Healdsburg. Check in is a snap, they have some handy conveniences to get to downtown Healdsburg which is 1.2 miles away (a shuttle and bikes with a trail) and the wine passes and free breakfast don't hurt either. The rooms have kitchenettes which is so handy if you are staying with friends and the hotel is next to a market and AMAZing coffee house to boot. Finally, the icing on the cake is good customer service and free EV charging - nice!!! Stay here.

Yelp
Beware the egregious pet fee! We booked through our Chase Rewards program as we were traveling to Seattle to visit grandchildren. Trio is "pet friendly" but the fee is $170!" for one night. We've never paid this much before. When I tried to negotiate, the manager claimed powerlessness in the system.

Yelp
Hotel Trio is a great hotel when visiting Healdsburg. Our band members stayed here after playing a show at the Raven Theatre in downtown Healdsberg. The bar was closed and we hung out in the lobby for a post game wind down. They do have a room service robot which you can order things to be delivered, it will only work from your room however, we wanted to try it out so we tried while in the lobby and it was not successful. Great staff and clean modern decor.

Yelp
We love this hotel, and have stayed here several times. Bocce ball and pool for the kids. Super clean and friendly staff. Breakfast selections are very good (just no Greek or non-artificial sweetened yogurt available). The staff are friendly, and Jennifer at breakfast really made our stay this time, she was so friendly and helpful! Jennifer, thank you for your kindness and care!

Yelp
The staff elevated this place. Samantha in particular. She was a friendly face and made our family feel comfortable in the middle of the check in rush. Highly recommend this place because of great staff like her! It makes all of the difference.

Yelp
Covid---so sorry we won't cancel without penalty---new policy is cancels at least 5 days out. My wife and I were booked into Hotel Trio to stay the night of July 22nd along with another couple. My wife contracted Varient 5 and tested positive on July 21. We called to cancel and they said "Too bad, you'll have to pay full charge ($622.36---including parking at $6.00)". Our friends talked on site to the manager to see if they would consider not charging or a significant decrease. Nope---the not customer friendly manager said---you have to pay including all the taxes even though you didn't stay". He blamed it all on the Marriott---who says not their cancellation policy it's per Hotel Trio and Marriott won't do anything to help. One night for--regular room and all the taxes plus parking for $622. We did the right thing for the hotel and guests by not coming to stay---and got hosed anyway. My recommendation is not to stay at this hotel, even on a bet.

Yelp
Stayed here one night while our company was having a retreat in Healdsburg. Very contemporary. Room is super nice and has everything including a little kitchen. Nice big bathroom but no tub. A little market in the lobby is always open. Breakfast the next morning was pretty substantial. I'd like to come back Sunday with my wife for a few days.

Yelp
The bed was really comfy and combined with the blackout curtains I probably could have slept all day. But of course I had to get up before 9am for breakfast that is served in the lobby area. Who doesn't love free breakfast? If you're not a morning person, don't worry because you have a full kitchen in your room. The kitchen and living room is separate from the bedroom and bathroom, which is nice if you have multiple people in one room. The swimming pool is nice to come back to after wine tasting all day. Or the two fireplaces with comfy chairs. The mini store in the lobby does have a good selection of beers and wine. There is also a huge grocery store and liquor store within walking distance of the hotel.

Yelp
Highly recommend for family who has a pet. The room was at it was expected & to top it off to use Rose the butler was such a neat idea and my daughter enjoyed. Breakfast was great. Bar was good and def friendly service from Charmaine. We had our dinner in the lobby and she accommodated our family. The fire pits outside are great hang out and lots of seating. I highly recommend this place to stay if you're out for wine tasting and brew hopping. The location is very centralized to most Healdsburg wineries. They have a shuttle, we didn't get to use, but it's great to use when going out for dinner out in the plaza. There's a grocery store nearby, so it's perfect for those who wants to stay on budget and dine in your room & cook your meal. The grills are great, which most people used and ample enough tables and chairs inside and outside for dining. There are some rooms on 4th floor that has balcony, which is great hang out and have some relax time before bed. Pool was def well maintained and fully stocked with towels. We didn't have a chance to use it, but we will on our next visit.

Yelp
This hotel is absolutely fantastic!! We enjoyed our stay here very much! It's clean, modern and adorable. The rooms are big and have a kitchenette in them. I wanted a diet soda at night and it was delivered from the pantry by Rosé the Robot! What a treat!! She's quite good at navigating! We were on the 3rd floor and she came up from the lobby. Also, I appreciate the hotel having Tesla chargers out back, which is the main reason we selected this location. It's so nice to be able to charge the car overnight. Thank you for your thoughtfulness in this regard. We'll be back. We have a dear friend in Healsburg and your hotel is only a few blocks from her house.

Yelp
This hotel is an example of (almost) perfection. Hotel appears to be brand new with everything in working order. Rooms are clean, spacious and the mobile key works! The A/C works really well, and the shower stall is spacious and lot of hot water. Their toilet area has a sensor so as soon as you walk near it, the fan rev's up. Nice robes too. The bed is on the plushy (almost like a water bed) side; personally I prefer a firmer bed. The room has a nice big LG TV with a near 360 spin. Plenty of outlets with built in USB plug, and room had the right amount of light. Work table is spacious with an eye friendly desk lamp. The pull out sofa bed is very comfy (just wish the bed had the same firm feel). Kitchen had all the modern stainless steel appliance, but no toaster oven, and no oven. They do have an electric stove and ample pots and pan for your basic cooking, but don't expect gourmet cooking. Overall the room is very relaxing and whomever they use for their interior design should get an award. The lobby and common area is equally impressive. They have free morning breakfast which is surprisingly good. Fresh coffee (that's decent) and tea all day, and I have yet to meet an unfriendly staff. But, I have to say my favorite staff here is "Rose" their automated robot. I asked for some lotion and 15 minutes later, the robot delivers! And in keeping tradition of the wine country they do have wine tasting on certain days from 1500 to 1700 hours. Couple of minor things; the swimming pool is on the small side. It's more of a sit and relax instead of a lap swim. They only have one conference room that holds about 30 people comfortably; wish this place had a few more to host bigger groups.

Yelp
We stayed for my son's tournament and we really enjoyed the hotel. Comfortable and spacious, so plenty of room for parents and a teenager. There's a really great grocery store called Big John's Market right across the street. We saw all kinds of food options to take back to your room, like prepackaged homemade food, gourmet desserts and cheeses/breads, a hot food bar and tons of deli stuff like sandwiches and dinner options. Loved having a kitchen to prepare our meal. Of course, our son had to go next door to Round Table and get a pizza. If you're interested in a sit down meal there's a restaurant in the hotel next door called Adel's. All was just right. They thought of everything you'd need in a room. Oh, and thank you for providing the swivel television! I now have the leverage I need to get one, given the fact that my partner swore they "don't make those". Ha-gotcha!

Yelp
This hotel is the best kept secret in Sonoma County and I'm reluctant to post a review in fear it'll blow up. Reasons why you must stay here (cash or burn points!) : 1. Location is very close to wineries if that's your thing. Dry Creek Valley is everything and a true Sonoma County experience. I am from here, trust me! 2. The hotel is all completely new, not the half remodel they normally do with properties. The rooms are beautiful/modern and sparkling clean. 3. Great place for kids! Life-changing grocery store right a across the street. All rooms have kitchens! 4. Too many others to list - book this place. Also, notice that more critical reviews are from people with dogs. I love dogs but "hotel" and "dog" have never been used in the same sentence- dog owners, Airbnb or dog sitter a is better choice... We will be back soon, love this place.

Yelp
This place could easily be 5 stars. Amenities are great - pool, bbqs, ice bringing robot (yes!) nice face-lift - feels lux. But the bed is horribly uncomfortable. Meaning my back was killing me after. Couch is rough too (tried it to see if it was somehow better than the bed.) But also uncomfortable as a couch while watching TV. The 4 pillows all are mid/heavy fill - bad for both back and stomach sleepers. We both tossed and turned all the nights we were here. And it's a little thing, but the shampoo and conditioner were awful. Hotel has so much its gotten right, but if I'm too tired to enjoy it from poor sleeping arrangements, then what's the point?

Yelp
Hidden Gem. Great location. Totally COVID compliant. Will def return.we ordered extra towels and we greeted by Rose the robot. It was definitely a futuristic experience but I'm happy to say the are 100% Covid compliant in the safety sanitary aspect.

Yelp
Only stayed for one night, but wish it had been longer and I'll definitely be back. Clean and comfortable, with many amenities and facilities available. Friendly, helpful staff and the robot butler (Rose) is a kick!

Yelp
Just wow! What a fantastic residential style hotel in Napa Valley. The room is well appointed with a large balcony, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds, plus a large bathroom, including a separate makeup counter. The staff is very welcoming, and the entire hotel has an upbeat, while understated, modern vibe. The outdoor areas with BBQ and bocce are quite enjoyable and well maintained. All in all, a perfect home base for your trip to Napa

Yelp
My wife and I decided to have a night getaway at Healdsburg CA. It was our 24th wedding anniversary. We were so happy we found this hotel just off Hway 101. The staff were all friendly; I was looking for a vase so I can put the flowers that I was carrying for my wife and the front desk agent Devin immediately looked for one for me! I also met Joel the front desk supervisor at the hallway while I was walking to the room carrying the flowers for my wife, and he asked me what's the occasion and I told him it's our anniversary. After that, we decided to explore this small city in the late afternoon and when we came back to our room, we were surprised with the unexpected gift given by Joel. They're so awesome! The hotel workers went above and beyond for customer service! Now to describe the hotel, well this is a new hotel, very clean and very ideal for any individual or family getaway! Our room includes a king sized bed, suite bathroom, hardwood floors, big microwave and fridge, big flat-screen TV, counter table, sofa bed and Keurig coffeemaker. Everything's digital and updated. We love the high ceiling and the homey feel.. They also have free WiFi, free continental breakfast, free parking and free shuttle around the area. Thank you Hotel Trio for a comfy and relaxing stay!
