Hotel Tropical Daisy

Location was very good and close to everything I needed. The room was not clean and there were many mosquitoes, which made the stay uncomfortable. Service was slow and unresponsive. Facilities were basic and did not match the expected standard. Overall, the hotel needs better hygiene and proper pest control.

The room looks nothing like the photos, all rooms are smoking rooms and the beds are so hard it is unbearable. The sheet covering the blanket doesent actually cover the whole blanket so your skin is touching the very dirty stained blanket and there are mosquitoes in the room. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. This place is horrible

Good front desk representative. Easy paperwork. Friendly behavior. The breakfast I had was not bad. Call to room service can be better. Overall, no no serious complaints! Except the air conditioner in the room was way too loud.

very unacceptable behaviour. 30 minutes after check-in, smoke from ac came out with a very strong smell of burning. wanted to check out with a partial refund and was denied because they have more "available rooms." If this is how they treat loyal customers, then there is no standard for them. very, very unfortunate. disappointing.

First of all the room looked completely different than the picture. It's small and outdated too much. Talking about cleanliness , they are so dirty even though visible. The hotel has no etiquette how to behave whatsoever with their guests. They let us change room THREE TIMES and not even a apology in sight. One thing can't forget which is breakfast... i mean goodluck. Who eats their breakfast which looks so oily and unhygienic. Smells so bad that room feels so suffocating. Plus they have mosquitoes and bed bugs!!!!

Rooms were horrible and damp, couldn’t sleep all night due to mosquitoes. Called hotel reception to cancel my second night early in the morning before checkout and they confirmed with me over the phone. When I got to checkout they told me they never received my call and were not going to be able to refund my money. Horrible hotel ,STAY away

This is kind of a serviced apartment setting hotel next to busy Dhaka area of Gulshan. Room was decent, but window screens were torn at places while mosquitoes were plentiful inside room. Mosquito repellent liquid was not provided, and only after multiple requests it was finally made available. Toilet was basic, but hot water was available on demand. No tea/coffee service provided in room, and not water boiler either. Breakfast that was provided was very basic, but tasty. Overall, average place to stay for short periods.
