Hotel Tropical Ibiza

The Hotel in general was well looked after, rooms always kept clean and staff were very friendly. Pool side was nice and lovely to chill in the sun and relax. Hotel is Located in a decent area to get around San Antonio. ||However food isn’t great at all and sometimes ended up having the very basics due to it being questionable. ||Security guard also needs to lighten up and get a bit of a life one of the main reasons our experience wasn’t great, we couldn’t have a laugh or any fun at all.

Stayed for the Ibiza Play about 7 days programme but actually stayed at this hotel 10 days. From the moment we arrived we found the staff at every level to be helpful, friendly and happy to go out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. I was genuinely embarrassed when a group of English girls turned up rowdy and drunk...the hotel staff had endless patience and handled them with professionalism and in consideration of other guests. |I've had better food at Hotels but as a budget hotel the food was consistently good and actually better than I expected. The room had amenities, safe, kettle, very comfy bed. I've paid much more in Ibiza for less! Location is actually excellent. Walk in any direction for 2 mins and you find yourself somewhere interesting. Pool was brill, prices reasonable. |The Tropical is a little diamond and I'd recommend it to anyone

Brilliant Hotel, Great Location in San Antonio and the staff are exceptional. From the minute we arrived the reception staff were professional had great local knowledge and were proactive to explain the great services the hotel offers. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, fresh and tasty. There's a lot of comments about the security guy... He's a teddy bear really and just a sweet and helpful and all the staff.

Amazing from the check in until the Check out. Only noise restricted but is good as you need to rest after party. Pool amazing and you feel welcomed. Really good Staff ,made it so easier to book and support clients.

Can’t fault the hotel at all, brilliant service, brilliant pool, clean everywhere and food good. But, be warned, if you get put on the wrong floor level you probably won’t sleep, I’m a deep sleeper and the fire doors are heavy, the walls are well built, but still, your woken up by people going out, people coming back and then when you think your going to get a couple of hours sleep the cleaners come crashing about down the hallway in the morning and then are there till late afternoon. Now I know people will be reading this and thinking well what did you expect it’s Ibiza but I’m just pre warning other people that if like me you can’t do anything or function without 7 hours sleep, go to this hotel out of season or a quiet season!

Room was clean and neat. Balcony was looking to pool with a nice view. Breakfast was good. Price/performance superB. Close to Sant Antoni central and bus station

Overall an ok hotel room, nothing amazing. Breakfast is ok but the main reason for the low review is the security guard, he came to our room multiple times during the week complaining of loud music. Until one night we went to open the door and he had already opened it with his master key card, at the time my friend was in just a towel and if he came any earlier he would have walked in on him getting dressed. This is unacceptable and not what I expect of someone whose job description is to keep the customers safe not invade on our privacy. Won’t be staying agin and do not recommend this hotel

Great hotel for cheap stay and perfectly located in San Antonio.|Staff were all a delight.|Pool area is nice too |Big issue with noise though...|Better messaging is needed about how to shut doors because everyone slams them!|They don't need to be slammed!
