Hotel Tropical Ibiza

We stayed at the Tropical whilst visiting my daughter. The hotel is clean and very welcoming. The breakfast choice was very good. Ideally located for our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. We absolutely adored Juan the security guard. A lovely guy with great sense of humour. Would definitely stay here again and excellent value for money.

My partner and I have stayed at Hotel Tropical twice now for short 2-night stays in Ibiza, and honestly, I don’t think we’d choose anywhere else. The hotel itself is fairly basic, but the rooms are modern, super clean, and excellent value for money – exactly what you need for a comfortable place to lay your head after partying. The pool area is large with plenty of loungers, the staff are friendly, and they even provide a shower room you can use if you have a late departure, which is a great touch. Overall, it’s a reliable, great-value option in Ibiza, and I’d thoroughly recommend it.

2nd year running here as part of the hard rock hell road trip. Nice to see the familiar faces of bar staff at the pool bar. Great selection of drinks and the food is lovely. No problems checking in late. All the staff throughout the hotel are kind helpful friendly and professional. Breakfast is lovely with a good selection. Housekeeping staff are hard working and delightful as are the restaurant staff. Rooms we've had have been lovely. Clean, bright and airy with good Aircon and decent balconies. Mini fridge and safe in the room and a decent hair dryer in the bathroom. Room cleaned and clean towels daily. Good location for bars and restaurants and a short walk to the harbour. Already looking for to returning again next year.

Stayed here for 3 nights with a friend and was pleasantly surprised for a 3 star. Normally stay in 4 or 5 star resorts but with us having a party holiday in San Antonio we opted for a budget option. Hotel is in a great location, very clean, beds were made every day. Food was OK nothing special. Only thing i would have liked is a balcony, our room didnt have one and the windows overlooked a building site. Some of the rooms have much better views and balcony options but as we didnt spend enough time in the room it was ok for the time we were there. Would definitely come back.

Hotel staff is wonderful 5/5! The room is very basic and I regret we did not pay extra for a room with balcony. We were unable to dry our towels and bathing suit. On top the room was very humid due to no vebtilation and warm humid weather. Outside parking is easy to find but you cannot pay for 1 day only for 2h. Free parking from 21h-9h. The food was basic but correct for what we paid. Via booking.com €260/ night for a triple room last week August.

6 days stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, security available by night. Rooms and beds are confortable. Room cleaning is regular and towels changing if needed. Food buffet : breakfast is classic but does the job perfectly. Dinner has a variety of meals and get you full. Pool : is just top covers the day, nice music all day long, food available, beers, ice-creams, mojitos everything needed to spend a day by the poolside. Very nice people coming in and out which gives the hotel spicier stay Special shout out to “Jesus 🍻 ” at the pool’sBar thank you hope to see you again Good job 👏 keep it up

Excellent with a lovely super team of staff in this family run hotel . I did half board and food was always great with enough to choose from . Rooms were spotless even floors moped which is rare . Cleaners smiley and a hello every morning . Pillows on the beds were the best I ve never slept better I need to buy the same for home . Great pool bar with decent priced food and drink which was great . A security guard on at night so solo travels feel safe which was an added bonus for me . I can’t find anything negative to say nothing was too much trouble even let me into breakfast early when I left at 7 am

The pictures online were to me kinda deceiving, they looked like a renovated hotel rooms but in reality it was something else. The rooms still felt out dated and they need modern light fixtures and furniture. The hallway in between the rooms got new tiles however they slapped the new tiles on top the old tiles so they cut the bottom of the door to make everything fit. That made the doors have big gaps at the bottom to let light and noise in. Sound is a problem to me in this hotel. I can hear everything 3 neighbor rooms down the hall. Putting that aside, the hotel is near everything and close to the bus station and taxis are everywhere.
