Hotel Trueba

A nice hotel in a very central location. The beds are comfortable, and there are digital platforms available on the TV — you can log into Netflix with your own account. The bathrooms are good, the water pressure is strong, and there is always hot water. Most importantly, there is complimentary coffee, tea, and a microwave available in the corridor 24 hours a day. The only downside is that more detailed cleaning is needed. There was dust on the base of the wardrobe, and dust in the toilet area and along the edges of the walls. I informed the receptionist about this, and they carried out a detailed cleaning that same day. I hope they will pay more attention going forward.

We had economy rooms. They were really clean and nicely furnished, with super comfy beds and nice shampoo, body wash and hand lotion provided in the lovely bathrooms. The towels were white and fluffy, the air con was fabulous and the mini fridge was free of charge and refilled daily with water, iced tea and coke. At the end of the corridor was a little cafe style seating area with free tea, coffee etc that you made yourself. The hotel has ten rooms, all on one floor, and it is super quiet. The front desk staff are very friendly and professional. One lady who works there speaks 6 languages! The hotel is only a short walk from all parts of the town. San Sebastián is a very walkable city. We would definitely stay here again if we come back.

This boutique hotel is in the Gros district of San Sebastian, 10 minutes walk from the old town, which is an eclectic neighbourhood with some excellent restaurants and bats and a few mi uses walk from the surfers beach.. our room was very clean, well equipped, and super comfortable. AC keeps you cool and we particularly loved the coffee area with a great coffee machine and selection of teas, all included in your room price as were the cold drinks in the in room fridge. Great location, handy for all the main attractions but with a local feel slightly away from the main tourist areas. Thoroughly recommend this place.

Fantastic hotel. Wonderful rooms. Planned to stay for one night and changed our holiday plans to stay here and enjoy this hotel and the area for 3 nights. Wonderful place.

Beautiful cosy room, we slept very well. The streets are a bit noisy because very central, but everything is close by and can be done by feet. The public parking is 5 minutes away, the old town is 10 minutes away and you can walk to the nearest beach withing 5-6 minutes

Excellent hotel from start. The reception girl was so welcoming+helpful.Would definitely recommend.Great location. 24 hr Tea and coffee was great. Spotless clean rooms could not fault. Central location near the river. Will stay the next time I get to San Sebastián

The location of this hotel was very good and only 10 minute walk to the olde town of San Sebastián where we spent most of our time. The room was great, clean and roomy and the staff (especially the lady at the front desk). Water and sodas were restocked in the room refrigerator each day and coffee was available 24/7. We would define stay here again if we return.

The Hotel is taking the 1st floor of the building. It is clean and our room was well in size. Our room was facing the street which is quite busy. However the windows were working well keeping most of the noise out and traffic is less during night time. There was a corner providing hot drinks 24/7 and the room fridge had cold soft drinks and water for free (And was refilled each day!). People are very kind and helpful. As we arrived after front desk closure (4pm) the communication was via WhatsApp. Our question was answered on spot. Near to the Hotel you have a variety of possibilities for breakfast. The area Gros is very nice with a lot to discover. The beach is just around the corner. The old part of the town is about 10 minutes walk.
