I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in March of 2025. It was a great stay. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The indoor pool was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for me as many of the trailheads in the Llao Llao peninsula were within walking distance or a short bus ride. Highly recommended.

Great place, wonderful staff. |Highly recommended in all respects. |If you want to experience bariloche at its finest the look no further. This hotel is a beautiful opportunity to enjoy a glimpse of what northern patagonia has to offer. |Definitely one of the most beautiful spots on the planet. |Enjoy

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning! The architecture was European rustic. However we found that the beds were very uncomfortable… The pillows felt like no more than a thin folded up sheet in a pillow case. The mattresses were extremely hard, and the compared to sleeping on bricks. The light in our bedrooms was extremely blue, which was hard on the eyes (especially at night). The staff was friendly, and the price for the value of the hotel was accurate. We found the food at the hotel not great, and ate out for most of our stay. We were a family of four, and got a family room; the size was perfect for us. Overall an average hotel.

This hotel is located about 30 minutes, by car, from the Centro Cívico, a tourist center with restaurant, shops, etc. One of the most important areas of the city.||The outside of the building and common areas looks great. It has a beautiful view to the lake. ||The rooms need an upgrade. The restaurant offer good food, but limited, and the service as a whole was good. The WiFi signal was poor, we had to go to the lobby to get a good signal.||The free breakfast that they offer is basic. |We were a family of four and we all enjoyed the time. |

A beautiful property neglected. We came for new years dinner. Expensive and terrible food. The cheese was delicious pd and the candles l were votives on top of a pile of wax. They weren’t lit and when we asked they lit them but they burned out quickly. The fish was raw for several at our table. No one greeted us or asked how the food was. I feel really bad for the staff. There was no organization and no chef or manager. No wine list. A really pathetic place.

We went during off season and felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The hotel was lovely. The staff was very attentive. The walk down to the dock was glorious. The best sunset ever! Breakfast was better than typical South American breakfasts.

Had an amazing, peaceful time at the hotel. Great place to go with kids! The hotel provides everything you need if you want to stay in, and the area is fantastic if you are looking to go out and explore.

This is an old hotel built in the 40s. It has kept its character which is wonderful. Beautiful grounds and great views of the lake. The room was comfortable. Good shower. Wifi mostly good. Good breakfast. We had one dinner at the hotel which was very good with good Argentinian wines. The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
