I had a wonderful stay at Hotel U14, Autograph Collection. The hotel has a stylish boutique feel and a very welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The service was excellent throughout the stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made the experience memorable. The food was also fantastic, with high-quality ingredients and great flavors. Whether it was breakfast or dining at the hotel, everything was well prepared and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend Hotel U14 to anyone visiting Helsinki looking for great service, delicious food, and a charming boutique hotel experience. 😊

My stay at the Helsinki U14 Hotel was truly outstanding. The location is perfect — just steps from the harbor and the old marketplace, making it easy to explore the best of the city. It is only a couple of blocks from the main shopping streets and Esplanade Park.||I loved the design. It is described as a boutique property with a contemporary, inspiring design that blends Scandinavian elegance with playful, unexpected details. As U14 described, "The hotel emphasizes a modern, stylish atmosphere with upscale amenities and cozy ambiance" I loved the unique furniture such as the bird shaped lamps||The rooms are beautifully designed in a modern art deco style, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. I was delighted to receive an upgrade, which made the experience even more enjoyable. ||The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay, adding a personal touch that made me feel welcome.||The hotel restaurant was another highlight. The décor is stylish and inviting, and I was surprised by the California influence on the menu and wine list. The staff explained the inspiration behind it, which made the dining experience even more memorable.||Overall, Helsinki U14 combines excellent location, thoughtful design, and exceptional service. It’s a hotel that balances modern elegance with genuine hospitality, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Helsinki.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel U14, Autograph Collection in Helsinki. The hotel is very clean and well maintained throughout. My room was spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, offering a high level of comfort. The bed was comfortable and the overall atmosphere felt modern yet welcoming. The breakfast area is particularly pleasant, with a warm and inviting ambiance. The breakfast selection itself was very good, offering a variety of fresh and high-quality options. The location is another strong advantage. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the harbor and many of Helsinki’s main sights, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel U14 for both business and leisure stays in Helsinki.

The hotel is situated closed to the old farmer’s market. Helsinki city centre is just in a walking distance. Room isn’t big but cozy enough to recharge my energy for business trip. Bed is super comfy. Breakfast is a western style breakfast with some local elements. There is a small unisex sauna in the fitness room with towel provided. Good to experience Finland sauna after a long day.

Awesome hotel with super friendly staff! The breakfast is excellent. Not to sound repetitive, but Adam at the front desk, was very friendly and he let us play with the nametag maker (they have cartoonish nametags that resemble the person). The room was perfect and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is a heated underground parking garage one block from the hotel. The location is close to everything you'll want to do/see.

Really nice hotel, great location, very good breakfast. We visited with family at early january, so we enjoyed white Helsinki. I could only recommend, staff was friendly. We also had really nice dinner in hotel restaurant, so overall great stay.

We had a great stay at the Hotel U14. It is very centrally located to downtown areas of Helsinki and to one of the harbors. We were able to walk to many of the locations we wanted to visit and others were relatively short Uber/taxi rides away. The staff were friendly and helpful. All were happy to take time to talk with us about our plans or our experiences. Here, a particular shout out to Adnan who could not have been better in his role.||We ate breakfast several mornings in the hotel restaurant and were pleased with the range of items in the buffet and the ambiance.||I would definitely return to the Hotel U14 if I were in the area again.

A clean and conveniently located hotel within minutes walk from Old Market Hall and Tram station. Staff were very friendly and professional, and the larger queen room was spacious. The hotel has a 24 hour gym, sauna, bar and luggage storage facilities. The room also has a kettle and ironing board. The only thing that was missing, was refilling of some of the body lotion/shampoo, as it wasn't full when we arrived. Otherwise, a great hotel and will come back again in the future. Highly recommend!
