We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Location is very central but it is not noisy. The room was relatively spacious and well decorated, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice. Breakfasts were excellent, with a wide variety of choices. Special thanks to the front desk staff: professional, courteous and attentive. Sauna is available for your use in the evening. We would definitely come back!

Currently spending my last night at this hotel and it has been amazing. First and foremost, all of team members that I interacted with were amazing. Bother friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located, a quick walk to many attractions yet still quieter and slightly off the beaten path. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the public areas were warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to experience Helsinki but stay in a quieter area.

Very nice centrally located hotel. This about 5-6 min walk from the harbor, senate square. Breakfast is excellent. There is a nice little sauna downstairs that we used almost every day. Special thanks to the front office managers, Tatiana and Vilma. They are super helpful and professional people. We almost fell at home. Last morning we were leaving at 4.30( naturally missing breakfast). However, the offered to prepare breakfast to go. Fresh sandwiches, coffee etc. It does not happen in bigger hotels.

We stayed here because of our friends' wedding. Great central location close to sea and several different main sights. Stylish lobby and spacious room with a comfy bed & pillows, working A/C and large bathroom. Front desk was professional and friendly, bar had large selection of drinks and breakfast(=works as their restaurant during daytime/evening) had so many different delicious options, that you can skip lunch after that. Because they don't have their own garage, only negative thing was parking. They offer -20% discount from nearby garage, but still after that 43h parking was almost 60€ and you have to carry and drag your luggages couple of minutes in rain.

The rooms are clean, quiet, and exceptionally comfortable — especially the beds. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast is solid and satisfying. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the harbor and city center. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well-designed place to stay in Helsinki, this hotel is a great choice.

We stayed here for 3 nights in July 2025 . The location is super , could not have been better . It’s walking distance to all places of interest and the ferry . The staff was very helpful at the front desk .the decor and amenities are all Marriott standards . Loved the buffet breakfast specially the coffee . Would recommend the hotel to just anyone travelling to Helsinki

The hotel benefits from a great location but service and amenities were disappointing. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city. The room décor is tasteful and inviting. However, service fell short of expectations, eg there was no complimentary water in the room, which is normally standard benefit at Bonvoy properties. ||The gym was disappointingly small; with just one other guest, it already felt crowded. While the design and location are appealing, the overall experience was let down and so I would not return to this property.

An easy train and then tram ride from the Helsinki airport - and a few blocks from the cathedral, Esplanade Park, and Old Market Hall - the U14 proved to be perfectly located for us. Had we arrived by ferry, it would have been even more perfect as the port was a stone’s throw away. The front desk couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. We were fascinated by the huge clock on the lobby wall - a work of art constantly changing. The room was bright and comfortable. My Marriott status was acknowledged and rewarded. We will return.
