A thoughtfully designed room with great features like under sink lighting for nighttime, speakers in bathroom so you can listen to TV, music etc while getting ready. Handy light switches at bedside plus evening lower light settings, covered peep holes for better privacy for female travellers. Nice weekend buffet with lots of choice. Gym was small but has the basics and includes a sauna. Dinner in hotel was delicious and great service staff. Right downtown by harbour so very convenient but no views!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Location is very central but it is not noisy. The room was relatively spacious and well decorated, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice. Breakfasts were excellent, with a wide variety of choices. Special thanks to the front desk staff: professional, courteous and attentive. Sauna is available for your use in the evening. We would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at U14! Jusa gave us a warm and thoughtful welcome, even leaving chocolates and a sweet note for our little one, which made her day. The room was stylish, comfortable, and spotless.||A big highlight was the tasting dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Version, the best meal of our 2.5-week trip across the Nordics! They accommodated our daughter’s tree-nut allergy and treated her like an adult guest, which was such a refreshing change (no depressing chicken nuggets).||Between Jusa’s hospitality and the unforgettable dining experience, U14 gave us the perfect start to our vacation in Helsinki. Highly recommend!

Currently spending my last night at this hotel and it has been amazing. First and foremost, all of team members that I interacted with were amazing. Bother friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located, a quick walk to many attractions yet still quieter and slightly off the beaten path. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the public areas were warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to experience Helsinki but stay in a quieter area.

The rooms are clean, quiet, and exceptionally comfortable — especially the beds. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast is solid and satisfying. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the harbor and city center. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well-designed place to stay in Helsinki, this hotel is a great choice.

I am a travel agent and brought 30 clients to Helsinki for the World Dog Show. This hotel' hands down, was one of the best I have stayed in in the world. The front desk staff, especially Adnan, were wonderful and helpful. The room was lovely, bed comfortable, breakfast was amazing. The locations was excellent. I would stay here again in a minute!

Very nice centrally located hotel. This about 5-6 min walk from the harbor, senate square. Breakfast is excellent. There is a nice little sauna downstairs that we used almost every day. Special thanks to the front office managers, Tatiana and Vilma. They are super helpful and professional people. We almost fell at home. Last morning we were leaving at 4.30( naturally missing breakfast). However, the offered to prepare breakfast to go. Fresh sandwiches, coffee etc. It does not happen in bigger hotels.
