Hotel Umine

The Onsen was very relaxing and the skin is very soft and smooth the day after. It was a little open to the beach side it felt like people could see you easily. I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was really polite and helpful. The room was very clean and the view was nice, but the beach was kind of dirty.

Really great Japanese ryokan/hotel. Not the greatest English (not a knock, just an observation), but still can communicate fine. Rooms are great, as is the private outdoor onsen on the patio of the rooms. Really enjoyed the staff, rooms and the hospitality. Didn't try the breakfast or dinner options. Also good location and nice views.

Beautifully furnished rooms with private onsen bath. We were served a wonderful breakfast in-room. Great location, too. Pricey, but so worth it.

Modern & clean decor. We stayed in the sea-view room - it's to die for! Best ryokan experience so far.

The 5 star hotel located in Beppu. Services, cuisines, rooms and Onsen (hot spring spa) in each room are really nice.
