Hôtel Urban Bivouac

My brother and I stayed here for one week, and it was very easy to find and navigate to. The staff were always helpful and friendly, very accomodating! Rooms a little small but very clean. Housekeeping was done daily, which was much appreciated! Buffet breakfast has variety and fresh food. Right next to the train station, do made getting into the city very very easy. I even asked to have some butter I purchased, put in the fridge and they were happy to help! There are a few bars nearby, so you can hear drunk people late at night. But it was fine. There are takeaway food spots right in front of the hotel, including Mcdonald’s and subway for a quick late night snack. Plus a laundromat across the street. Would stay here again!

Clean , safe and good rooms. Location was amazing , right next to the metro. Washroom was a bit small but manageable. We felt safe overall, except one night the fire alarm rang and our sleep was disturbed with a false alarm and evacuation at 3am. apart from that, the breakfast was decent and reception staff was friendly and helpful as well. Great value stay

This is the 4th time that I am coming to Urban Bivouac, I have only praises for the hotel.|The pictures on the website are very real, they show the hotel and the rooms exactly like they are.|The location is perfect: in the 13th arrondissement, so not in the heart of Paris exactly, but also not at all out of the way and very well deserved by metro (the recent Line 14, state of the art trains and brand new stations) and also buses. The 13th is a lively neighborhood and the rue de Tolbiac is full of nice bakeries and cafés. It is also located very close from the 11th and the 12th where there are tons of cool bars and restaurants.|The hotel is very well designed and offers several sizes of rooms. They are on the small size, so refer to the size indicated on the website, but they are extremely well designed and organized. The room is sound proofed (from the outside and the inside of the hotel as well), the AC/heater system is outstanding — efficient and quiet, the water pressure is amazing and the hot water flows in seconds.|The breakfast option is excellent. For 12 € you get an all-you-can-eat buffet that can also be served in your room). The breakfast room is open all day and is also perfect for working time or even quiet business or private meetings during the day.|Everything is new, modern, and absolutely spotless.|The service is excellent and 24/7: everyone is friendly and efficient, ready to help you get the best experience ever. You can call any time of the day and someone will pick up the phone. You can also chat on WhatsApp, which is very convenient.|Finally the price: it is very competitive for Paris and such a location.|I highly recommend this hotel and will come back every time I am in Paris.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is amazing and will help make your trip to Paris great. There wasn't a question that my wife and I had that they didnt help with immediately. Very friendly.||Great neighborhood with metro stop on the block. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Nice rooms with sound-proof windows. Great place to stay when in Paris.

Honestly, a wonderful surprise.|The hotel is just a short walk from the Olympiades metro station.|Check-in 24/7.|Small room (as is the norm in Paris), but cosy.|Particular attention to the environment, noteworthy (even the key card to access the room is made of wood!).|High-quality towels and bed linen.|Perfect Wi-Fi. Friendly and helpful staff.|Lovely terrace. A bit of traffic, but with the windows closed, you sleep wonderfully!

The accommodation was clear, nicely decorated and well-designed. The breakfasts were excellent in the variety of foods and coffees available. But what most impressed were the staff who looked after the guests: they were all quite superb: they were all spontaneously welcoming and helpful throughout the 4 nights I stayed there. Excellent value for excellent service!

This is my favorite hotel in Paris. it is in the 13 e Arrondissement. It is small, super clean, has great beds, and a big breakfast. The staff are not only friendly and helpful to me, they are good to each other.

adorable boutique hotel situated next to Metro. Staff is incredibly accommodating. Breakfast had an incredible spread, including scrambled eggs, multiple meat, fresh bread, and fruit. Best in Paris.

Just what we needed for our stay in Paris. This hotel really suits couples or any lone travellers. The bedroom was tiny but had everything we needed in a super compact way. The room felt so modern and clean that you would forget that the room was so small. It even had Bluetooth speakers over the bed which you could connect your phone to and play your own music which was a really nice little touch which we enjoyed so much. The room had a really urban vibe which was seen through out the hotel which is really cool and gives it great character. The staff were always amazingly helpful and friendly and the location was excellent. Would recommend here for any couples planning a trip to Paris as it is absolutely perfect.
