Hôtel Urban Bivouac

Very well located, a minute from metro, shops and services including a laundromat just across the road. Very quiet and comfortable room with black-out blinds for a great sleep (small by regular standards but still acceptable). Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

A very good hotel for a weekend stay, wouldn’t stay here for more than 5 days. The hotel room lacks a trash bin so me and my boyfriend decided to use our take out bags for trash but the room got quite messy early on because there was no trash can. The shower might also be a little cleaner. Black stains on the bottom and a random hair from a previous guest. The bed has awesome plugs for chargers with many options and comfortable pillows and duvet. Unfortunately the tv is not a smart tv so we could not connect our phones to it and play our own movies. The room is quite small but I prefer a small one over a bigger one. There’s a McDonald’s and a subway restaurant in a 2 min walking distance as bunch of other things. And the metro is easy to navigate, the metro station is only around a 2-4 minute walk and there’s also a bus. The trains come with a 3 minute time frequency so that’s nice. The hotel gets locked at a certain time in the evening so you have to ring a bell to get in and that’s really comfortable knowing that people who are not staying can not just enter the hotel. The staff is lovely, helped us book a taxi and just overall very helpful and are always quick to open the door when it’s locked. It’s not to noisy outside but we stayed over the weekend so we heard a lot of drunk party goers yelling and cheering but that was not an issue or the hotels fault, we never heard noise in other rooms except once when they were leaving the hotel and being obnoxiously loud so the hotel is pretty soundproof. Stayed on the 4th floor and there’s an elevator access.

It’s extremely clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, offering a nice view that makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The area is quiet, it’s also close to the train station. Which I used a lot. The breakfast was decent. Absolutely love this place and the staff was incredible !! They were all very helpful, knowable, kind, funny and great. A lovely boutique hotel hotel indeed.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Updated, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We reserved the superior double room so we'd have more space. Clean bathrooms. Super friendly staff that went above and beyond. The hotel was super quiet. Highly recommend!!!

A lovely boutique hotel located very close to the metro! It’s extremely clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, offering a nice view that makes it hard to leave because the sleep quality is fantastic. The area is quiet, yet conveniently near a university and some good brasseries, and it’s also close to the train station. The breakfast was decent but a bit repetitive. Absolutely love this place!

This hotel was such an incredibe surprise. It was one of those rare occasions when my experience vastly exceeded my expectations. Staff - each of the staff whom I interacted with had a smile and was keen to help. The room - impeccably clean (dust does not settle in this hotel!) and nicely decorated. A very comfortable bed. Breakfast - an extensive selection and a nice atmosphere in the breakfast room. ||I stayed at this hotel to be close to a conference I was attending but would seriously consider staying again as a tourist. It is 30 seconds to Olympiades Metro station so one can be in central Paris in a matter of minutes on the fast and modern line 14 Metro.||This place is a winner .... congratulations and merci to the team for doing such a great job.

We were so happy to find we had been upgraded for booking through the website. The hotel room was as we expected from the photos, very attractive decor and comfortable and well equipped. We slept very well and then really enjoyed an excellent breakfast with a very varied delicious spread which included local cheeses and local yoghurt too.

Just what we needed for our stay in Paris. This hotel really suits couples or any lone travellers. The bedroom was tiny but had everything we needed in a super compact way. The room felt so modern and clean that you would forget that the room was so small. It even had Bluetooth speakers over the bed which you could connect your phone to and play your own music which was a really nice little touch which we enjoyed so much. The room had a really urban vibe which was seen through out the hotel which is really cool and gives it great character. The staff were always amazingly helpful and friendly and the location was excellent. Would recommend here for any couples planning a trip to Paris as it is absolutely perfect.
