Rooms were very clean, had a problem with air conditioning leaking water, but it was taken care of and manager moved us to another room. Pool was great for the kiddos that were with us. There are no refrigerators in the rooms or microwave. No hairdryer. We knew this ahead of time but there was coffee in the mornings and pastries. You can purchase fruit for $3.00 or eggs, bacon refried beans for $10.00 that included fruit and pastries. A Subway, coffee shop with wonderful cakes, and a couple of other Mexican restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful time. Staff was VERY friendly.

Very cute very basic rooms. Breakfast only here. A low end hotel so do not expect a lot here. Heated pool is great. Quite place. Location fantastic.

Run down, no hot water, sketchy, noisy neighborhood. Hard bed, moldy shower. Sign in room says count the towels and report any missing or you will be charged. Booked three nights, left after one

I’m staying here right now. There are little bugs coming out of the wall. Not too sure what they are. Front desk was .. basic with the helpfulness and it was a straightforward check-in process. I don’t expect superb customer service but I felt like I was intruding on something. The room is simple, which I normally don’t mind but it seems as if they don’t have great upkeep with cleaning some areas. Seem like accumulated dust and dirt. The aforementioned bugs are all over the counter and I’m puzzled as to what they are. Not bed bugs, but not ideal. I think that’s my main gripe right now. They have an outdoor kitchen, which is neat. I just can’t get over the tiny bugs. Price is good, but this I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, really. Unless I don’t like that person.

What can I say other than I'll be back if I come again to PV. The food and service is impeccable and the area is rapidly upgrading meaning you are surrounded by cool restaurants. I recommend the kitchenettes for the pool view that's what I would get next time. Its located in between the romantic zone and pier, so really ideally situated for getting out in any direction. The busses across the street take you directly to Centro for $10mx and are every 8-10mins. A bit of car noise, and the outside is nothing to look at to be clear. But I can say, a true gem of Puerto Vallarta. Also has a cafe a couple doors down which is fantastic. Thanks for everything.

Our room was big, it had a small kitchenette in case one wants to cook. The swimming pool was nice, water is heated. The beach is walking distance from the hotel, there is also a pharmacy and grocery store across the street and a few restaurants. The hotel has no parking, there is parking on the street but sometimes is crowded and there are no empty spaces. The hotel is right next to a busy street, if your room in on that side of the building it may be noisy at nights. There is a small restaurant but we did not try it.
