Hotel Valle Grande

This hotel is very well located, next to the Atuel river and you can see that the new management invested a lot od time and money since approx. 1 year ago. The atention in the restaurant, the lobby and the pool is excellent and in the restaurant they serve very large portions at a very low price. The hotel has sport facilities and the rafting starts very closeby. We will defenitely return to this hotel when we come back to San Rafael, as I could not believe the final account, checking out.

A bautifull place, nice Resort, and very good attention. Ihad been ther more tan 10 times, and is place to came back every year. You can enjy de artificial lake, river sports, traking, cannoying, sand driving experiences, ans a lot of fun activities.

The price was really expensive, but we decided we will give it a try because it has a very good location and you get a pack of some of the activities to do on the valley. My girlfriend and I stayed for 6 days. TV worked only 3 days. Power went out 3 times (1 in the whole valley, 2 more just in the hotel). There were mornings when we get up and there was no power for at least a couple of hours. Meals (breakfast & dinner) were good, but you have to pay your beverage on the side. I understand if you order a wine, but we only asked for water!! Hydro massage included in the price, out of service the whole week, no aircon, just a fan near the TV.||Bottom line is, if you can avoid this hotel, do it!!!

We stayed a few days after New Year - the resort was full, which attests to this place´s popularity with travelling families and groups of friends.||||The good: Beautiful location, the pool and TV room are very nice, the foyer and restaurant are attractive and airy, staff were friendly, it was easy to arrange activities from here, the included buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. There are activities to do on site as well, like pool and table tennis.||||The indifferent: The room was fine, spacious enough, the carpet was a bit dirty and worn.||||The bad: They were renovating the hotel while it was full, the airconditioning failed twice including in the middle of the night (not good with a baby in a very hot climate), the water to the room was turned off twice without notice, the room with the pool table looked like it hadn´t been cleaned since the 20th century, restaurant meals varied from good to not great, staff were trying their best but seemed overstretched at times.||||Would consider staying here again but would also look at other options, and hope that management had ironed out the issues described above - this place could easily be 5 out of 5 with a little additional care and attention.

These people just don't respect reservations and contracts. They don't care about you and your family not your vacations, do not come here, there are plenty of other places where you'll be treated infinitely better than here.

Todo excelente, la vista desde cualquier lado es increíble: se ve el río y las montañas, las plantas y pastos super cuidados, es un lugar soñado. La comida también excelente, las cabañas además poseen parrillas y una mesa en el patio, que además en la mayoría, si no en todos los casos, tienen vista al río, en donde a veces aparecen patitos🥺. La pileta increíble también. El personal super amable siempre, llegamos más temprano de lo esperado y guardaron nuestras pertenencias y lo mismo a la hora de hacer el check out. Encantada totalmente con la experiencia.

Muy lindo hotel nos hospedamos en las cabañas con vistas al río, hermosas, bastante completas. Tienen una habitación abajo con cama matrimonial y un entrepiso donde hay 4 camas más, lo malo del entrepiso es la escalera que es muy inclinada y que es de madera, para adultos, se complica un poco subir. La cabaña cuenta con aire acondicionado que funciona a la perfección.Si necesitas algo, los chicos de recepción te solucionan prácticamente todo. Las vistas maravillosas, el desayuno muy completo. Muy recomendable

Местоположение просто отличное и потрясающее! Большая территория, красивые виды, загляденье, как будто в сказку попал. Парковка для машин. Сервис стоит улучшить. Например, был грязный деткий бассей и пока мы не сказали об этом, его не чистили. В домиках все двери скрипят, что доставляло неудобство, тк домики рассчитаны на 5-6 человек и все часто ходят. Уборка на 7 из 10. На сайте бронирования не удачные фото, и мы не знали , что в домиках есть кухня (кстати, оборудована полностью всем необходимым, в том числе полотенце, что огромный плюс), и мангал, поэтому пришлось вместо отдыха ездить и искать мясо, чтобы его пожарить. На завтрак первый раз были гнилые фрукты. Траву решили покосить в 9 вечера зачем-то. Хочу отметить шикарное постельное белье, однако, вся постель была в песке.
