The hotel itself was quite good overall. The cleanliness was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable, which I really appreciated.
However, what really disappointed me was the customer service. When we arrived, the person at the reception spoke to us in a very rude tone. Every question was answered in a harsh, unfriendly way. While we were waiting at the desk, he even started talking with other staff members (I think from the kitchen/dining area) and continued speaking about clients in the same rude and dismissive manner, without caring that we were standing right there.
It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful, and it definitely affected my experience at the hotel. It’s a shame, because everything else, the rooms and cleanliness, was perfectly fine.
