Let's start with the positive side. The location is in the middle of the city, next to the town square. It's just excellent for getting anywhere by walk. Secondly, the staff is very friendly and helpful. But that's where the good things end.||The room was a bit dirty, but the bathroom was horrifying. I wonder if they’ve ever properly cleaned all surfaces. Some textiles, like the curtains, should be updated. ||The room was so small that it was difficult to walk around the bed. There were no electric sockets, except for one, high up in the wall, above the television, and another very low, under another table next to the bed.||On the other side of the bed, there was also a light, which didn't work because there was no socket at all where to plug it! All other lights were possibly low-energy bulbs, which hardly lightened the room. The bathroom was very dark, and no makeup light was next to the mirror.||The room didn't have any minibar or refrigerator. It had an ancient Grundig television with a satellite box and two remotes, one for each device. It wasn't easy to find the correct input for the satellite box, just to watch mainly German-language television channels. One remote was missing the cover of its battery box.||The air quality in the room was terrible, and there was a smell of building materials because there was no sufficient ventilation. The bathroom had a noisy fan constantly blowing when the lights were switched on. Otherwise, there was no ventilation at all. Luckily, I could open the window.||Despite good intentions, there was much room for improvement. The breakfast was a boring platter, and getting a proper breakfast with vegetables, fruits, etc was impossible.
