Wonderful stay here - reception speaks perfect English, breakfast was absolutely excellent in the restaurant downstairs, comfortable beds, best location.

IT was pleasant experience Location is the best They have nice restaurant inside hotel breakfast is included in price and you can order in bed and food is delicious 😋 Hotel is very clean they clean every day They have parking you can reserve for few extra dollars I believe I will come again

Hotel Veliki is in a perfect location to the City Center. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the center. Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. We didn’t know what to expect because we’re African American. We didn’t feel any discomfort the entire time we were there. Matter of fact the staff was very accommodating, extremely nice and they all spoke English. I usually have a hard time sleeping if there’s any noise or light. They don’t have blackout curtains but they have these shutters that will keep any light out. If they are not open, you can’t tell if it’s day time. I slept soundly every night I was there. |The restaurant at the hotel is one of best restaurants in the area. If we had a complaint, it would be that they give you too much food. EVERYTHING we ate was delicious and we are foodies. |We also went to Bosnia for 3 nights and stayed at a 4 star hotel…Hotel Holiday. I will take Hotel Veliki over Hotel Holiday any day. |Thank you to the staff for delivering a wonderful space for my husband and I to lay our heads and fill our bellies with great food. Hvala!

First off, the location of the hotel is perfect. You can go for a walk at the Danube, to the city center and everywhere in only a few minutes. The staff is really nice, helpful and can speak English. When it comes to food, It's also nice. The meals you can order both look and taste very good. But at the breakfast I expected a bit more than a table with a small assortment of stuff (e.g., white bread, scrambled eggs). Alto, the things changed a bit daily. Lastly, the rooms were quite pleasant. There was a rather old looking, but still good working AC. A fridge came in handy for my drinks with cups as a good bonus. The water cooker, sink and instant coffee were perfect for the morning. The bed was fairly soft and still good for me. But the windows were very hard to close once opened.

The hotel apartment was without air conditioner, since they had some currency issues. Actually the receptioner was not giving us the remote for that reason. It was 35C outside, in the apartment was horrible feeling, the windows are without mosquitoes web, so we suffered the whole night in extra sweating and itching, like punished. When reserving we kindly asked for prepared baby cottage since we planned to arrive late night, but we werent given one until we asked again, then had to mount it ourselves and woke the kids. These were the extra problems we faced this time, and we've been guests here for 3 times because of the super good location. But, this is the last time. It is way too high price for this service and accomodation !!! The breakfast is great, bit not worth after a night like this.

Breakfast exceeded expectations, much better than "continental breakfast", although it was quite simple, but I liked it and I was there for 2 breakfasts, so I didn't overeat. The kettle in the room and two teas and two instant coffees there were also great. With regard to the nearby shop, the minibar is probably unnecessary, but it was definitely not overpriced, so that's also great. The parking at the hotel in the underground garage was excellent, as well as the friendly staff with standard English and great willingness. The location in the city center is absolutely great. If I'm in Novi Sad next time, I'll sleep there again. Disliked · Everything was fine, but when I arrived and put my things in the room, much earlier than it was declared, so completely great... , there was noise in the room from the air conditioners in the surrounding rooms, but in the evening I closed the fan, so I didn't mind. And I didn't turn on the air conditioning myself, it wasn't needed and I don't like it very much.

The place works at a number of levels .... it is perfectly situated, the reception is friendly, and the rooms are spacious. Being used to the standard of Serbian hotels, we were a little surprised by the accumulation of dust on the hairdryer stand, and at other spots which need the extra attention to detail. The breakfast selection is quite generous .... the biggest issue in the restaurant is the smoking .... allowed at every table and for someone who is allergic to cigarette smoke, a really unpleasant experience.
