Hotel Vendaval

Nice hotel in the centre of Punta Natales. The staff were very friendly and we even had a welcome drink in the rooftop bar. We headed out early for the hike and they even prepared us a packaged breakfast which was amazing. The staff also provided great tips on the local area. Only watchouts would be that there's is no designated parking and the town/city itself can be difficult to get a parking space. Also, the shower wasn't too spacious and water came through the door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were modern, well maintained and heated.. the bathroom was the best on our 5 week trip around south America! The first heated towel rail on our trip which was perfect for drying clothes. Great tiling, and maintained well. I loved the design and wood features, and the hooks for hanging clothes..small pebbles placed on wood. Brilliant idea. The natural wooden bedside tables and stools were a lovely touch. Our rooms has big windows with a a view to the mountains and sea. And a view from the shower also. Welcome drink was very much appreciated, nice wine. Only downside, no lift, so we had to carry our suitcases up to 2 storeys. All and all a very comfortable stay in a great location.

The hotel is among the best during my trip. The layout has a Norwegian feel to it, very practical and efficient. The staff here is truly a gem, very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. It's so comfortable that I will definitely choose to stay here again. The downside is the lack of lifts, but the staff will offer help to carry the luggage.

Hotel room with good condition and great front desk service. They helped us to pack the breakfast to go, since we have an early tour at 6am. The front desk is always helpful for any questions, e.g. restaurant, bus, taxi etc. The breakfast is decent with bread, fruit, egg, cheese, milk, yogurt, coffee and many more, which can cover our needs well. Excellent view for snow mountain and lake. Great location to reach to viewpoint, restaurants, supermarkets etc.

Nice and clean. Close to the lake and the center of the city. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Only the shower door spoiled our stay here that could not be closed properly. We reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done about it. There is a nice bar on the top floor with comfortable seats and nice view. The breakfast is very basic, but satisfactory. Opens at 6 am.

This place is great. Right in the center of town but quiet and a good value. No elevator so will have to carry luggage, though they will help you if requested. Also will store luggage while trekking.

Rooms are a bit simple, but good enough for visiting a tourist town where we spent most of the time on a tour or exploring the town. Breakfast was a bit basic but sufficient. We had to relocate to another hotel after a couple of days due to availability and we were sad to move as the staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved staying here! The room was so cute and clean. Amazing rooftop bar and views of the mountains
