Super friendly welcome! Loved the Scandinavian decor with a super comfortable bed and good quality bathroom. Grab and go sort of breakfast was perfect for us before heading out early for hiking/ travel. Great that you can leave your suitcase and it’s waiting in your room when you arrive back. The only drawback would be the heating- far too warm overnight despite the heating in the room being off- guess this can be quite individual and would 100% return!

This place was a nice surprise. We expected basic accommodations, but were suprised that its simplicity was so comfortable. The staff was excellent. We were allowed to leave our luggage when we arrived before check-in and found our bags in our room when we returned. Right in the heart of shopping and many excellent restaurants. The breakfast buffet was delicious. This place was the start and the end of our Patagonia W Trek adventure. Couldn't have asked for more.

Had a pleasant 3 might stay. Location is central near the main Plaza and the waterfront. Room.is basic but comfortable and clean. There is no in room safe nor television. ||Staff are friendly and welcoming. We were on the 3rd level and there was no elevator, however they helped us with the luggage. ||Breakfast is ample and good. |

Good location, in the middle of the town. Good service, staff are so friendly. If you come earlier before the check-in time, they let you drop off your luggage and they even bring all your luggage to your room for you. During the Patagonia hiking trip, they also allow us to store our luggage in their place for free. Food is good too, free breakfast has very good scrambled eggs and all desserts :) they also give you a welcome drink 🍷

Had a great stay here following my visit to TdP. Was not sure what to expect as I booked last minute after my reservation at a different hotel fell through, but the room was clean and very comfortable, staff were wonderfully helpful, and it was a great place to recharge after my hike. Walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Compared to most Patagonia area non-lux hotels this one had a better breakfast. | Also helpful staff. Rooms above average decor and space. You get a free welcome drink to enjoy on the roof top bar with a nice view of the lake. Just a few buildings from the plaza.

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Vendaval! The service is absolutely stellar, and the rooms were incredibly clean—everything felt so well-maintained. I highly recommend staying here. One particularly helpful feature is that they hold bags for you. If you're backpacking, this is a game-changer—you can leave your town clothes and other items you don’t need on the trail, saving yourself from carrying unnecessary weight. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, especially for those heading out on outdoor adventures!

I'm going to copy and paste what Mac C already said, which completely captures the vibe (and with which I completely agree). The only difference is that we arrived pre-O circuit (rather that post). Also, I don't think Mac C mentioned the roof top bar (inside and out), where you got a introductory free beer or glass of wine, and could sit and enjoy the spectacular view. Warm and cozy. "Short stay post W (arrived at 10pm, bus the next morning at 6.45) but the room and service was perfect. We were able to leave our bags there in advance of the W, the shower was exactly what we needed coming off the trek, and they just made everything so easy. Sad to have not gotten properly into the breakfast as that look good!"
