Clean and tidy rooms, very nice and helpful service, with a great location very close to the central plaza. Quite authentic and old style building, with some nice informational placards detailing the history of the location. Some of the decor/furnishings are original and thus have their quirks (such as squeaky floorboards) and some modern amenities (AC) have been added to keep up with the times.

We had very nice experienced to this hotel with the vintage,cozy and clean rooms and floors, good ambience, perfect location of the tourist, parking space, friendly and polite staff. They are very attentive and helpful. When one of our friend can't eat the filipino breakfast, they gave him toast and butter instead. And when i ordered another set because it's not sufficcient the staff provided it for free. We we're so bless to encountered this hotel staff. Breakfast included for a 2 Star hotel is not always possible! It's really a money worth Hotel! We will surely comeback and stay again to this hotel in the future. We stayed here last dec.24’ Its like 3 mins walk in Calle Crisologo. We booked 2 deluxed room, and for any reason one room was upgraded to Family room. Only negative side was the floor on the Family room made a lot of sounds when we walk as they are made of woods. The wifi on our room is not working 😅, we only stay for a night so we didnt ask for help with the wifi as we are mostly outside. They have a very good local breakfast, fast service and helpfull frontdesk. Small parking area so better come early.

We can't say enough good things about this hotel: the rooms are clean, very nice breakfast, convenient location, the mattress and pillows are great, very attentive and responsive staff, etc. Parking may be limited but it wasn't a problem at all and other hotels in the area may have worse parking situation.

Good basic hotel with a clean bathroom, spacious room and enough outlets. Free breakfast was a treat, but you only have one choice. Each day is a different breakfast. Restaurant is only open for breakfast. You’d have to go someplace else’s for lunch and dinner. Staff are accommodating and helpful. Doors still have the traditional lock and key but safety was observed.

This hotel is converted from an old mansion belonging to a historic personality. It is charming in its old world setting. One can appreciate the staircases, the turns of the corridor and the wide plank wooden floor, all very well preserved.

We liked the proximity of this hotel to the plaza, restaurants, and souvenir stores. They also offered free parking and breakfast. The breakfast area was clean and adorned with local decor. Breakfast consisted of eggs, fried bangus, vigan sausage, and rice. Coffee and tea were included. See more below.

Old hotel. Our room had a hand painted ceiling. Old wooden floors make for eye appeal but are noisy. No elevator. Street parking if the small lot of the hotel is full. Air-conditioning worked well, as did the TV. Close to town center.
