Hotel Verde - Cape Town Airport

This is not part of a chain but ran across it needing a room at the last minute. I was impressed. Mostly, the room was ergonomically correct. Everything was as it should. A real TV that didn’t require an engineering degree to figure out, a great bathroom with plenty of room on the sink and a shelf. A comfortable bed and real pillows. Overall, I was pretty impressed and wished they were a chain.

I had a great experience at Hotel Verde and I only wish that I had been able to stay longer!||||The staff were so welcoming and friendly, were happy to answer any questions and offer advice, too. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable and I had such a good night's sleep before my long flight home. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was so obvious the time and effort that had gone in to making the room so welcoming.||Breakfast was incredible! There were so many options to choose from and the service was very quick, too. I didn't get a chance to check out the restaurant, but no doubt the same care and attention would have been obvious to see there as well!||||Being so close to the airport was great, and with their complementary shuttle service that runs regularly, I felt no stress the morning of my flight because I knew I'd be there with all my bags in no time.||||I had such a great experience at Hotel Verde and I absolutely will be staying with them again in the future! ||

The 06:30 outgoing flight can really be a drain, so why not book yourself into Hotel Verde and get at least and extra hour sleep. No traffic and stress about getting to the airport on time. I had a late-night busy event to run the 10th of Sept and then a flight to JHB the next morning. I stay in CT, but this was the best thing I did. I would actually stay there again, even if only to escape and huddle up indoors. The accommodation was perfect and the staff so friendly. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, but if the breakfast pack was anything to go by.... then you are in for a treat.

Great Stay for a Convenient & Comfortable Airport StopoverI stayed at Hotel Verde for just one night to catch my early flight, and it was the perfect choice. The location is incredibly convenient, and the shuttle service was punctual and easy to find ~ making my airport transfer stress-free. My room was very comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a lovely view of Table Mountain, which was a nice bonus! The restaurant exceeded expectations ~ both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff and shuttle drivers were all friendly and accommodating, which made my short stay even more pleasant. Considering the free shuttle, complimentary breakfast, and overall sense of safety (especially important as a solo traveler), the price was definitely worth it. I’d happily stay here again before a flight and would recommend it to other travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Since our flight arrival time was late and we didn't want to drive in the dark, my sister-in-law booked us a room here for one night. The free shuttle bus from the airport worked very well. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast the following morning was delicious with a wide range of tasty options. Importantly, we felt safe the whole time.

This is more than a 5-star hotel. Rooms: Stunning, well-designed rooms. Breakfast: Delicious and so much to choose from. Staff: Friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. P.S., I love the Verdi Coin idea.

I was firstly apprehensive about booking at this hotel based on the location next to the airport however I was massively surprised at the experience. The free shuttle service was the first welcome relief so late at night, on arrival staff were freindly and very helpful. The gym is good and the breakfast was amazing. I truly recommend this hotel if you need to stay over close to the airport.
