Outstanding service by the people who’s working here. They’re made sure I’m aware and familiar with everything at the hotel and showed real care about my well-being. Hotel location just across the beach and even some people saying it’s not good beach I’ve have a good time. There is everything you need around the hotel, supermarkets, small shops, pharmacies etc. Uber easy take you to main tourist attraction within 20 min ride and it’s cheap. Breakfast is like in most hotels whoever very good quality and presentation. Really happy with stay. Highly recommended.

Great customer service, really clean and high security. Staff members are friendly and some understand and speak English. Great location facing the beach! FYI water in room fridge is not free, so please by your own at the gas station beside hotel. Thank you to the front desk and the concierge for a great customer service experience.

Rooms were are comfortable. Beds are great. The breakfast has a great variety of good breakfast choices. Staff are polite and helpful.

Good breakfast , very good customer service , but I would give 5 star if I have a better and comfortable bed ! The mattress is not comfortable at all !!!as well their pillows . I live in USA and I know about confortable hotels . I will go back but olny for the breakfast and the people that work that. 5 star for service !!!

It took the air conditioner too long to cool the room down once entering. Had to get an extra room key to leave the air conditioning on all day while I was gone to come back to a cool room

The hotel is very good, it's a 3 star hotel, have room service and breakfast everyday and the costumes service is great! I toyally recomend it!
