Two good things to say about this hotel: location is great and the conference rooms were OK. For the rest my room was dirty (floor not clean, dust on the desk, old and stained sheets, uncomfortable bed and pillow). When I requested on reception someone to come and clean my room (stayed 2 nights) they came to change the towels (which I did not want) but did not clean the floor and dust (which was what I wanted). Service was almost non-existent. Breakfast was OK, somewhat basic. Coffee was good. Restaurant worked only for breakfast, aferwards I had to find a place to eat outside. Quite disappointed from my stay in the end.

Very good location near lively promenade. Elder waiter in restaurant is extremely good, fast in his job while the same time proactive to assist anyone needing help. On the other hand, guy in reception desk is hardly able to communicate and the lack of English is the least problem. Rooms looks nice, but it's extremely hot inside. AC blows cold air straight on bed, so you can't sleep with one on, and it's hell again three minutes after turning AC off (we tried different settings and it was either freezing or not working at all). Corridors and bathroom are hot too, everywhere inside is much hotter than outside (almost like in a sauna), and the weather during our stay wasn't very hot - i can't imagine how it is during heatwaves. The rooms were clean but they smelled of dust, not sure if the problem was the AC or the bed mattress.

The location of the hotel is perfect - in the center of the city. There is also a convenient parking for its guests, although it is not free. But the entire image of the hotel gives an impression that it is somehow empty - the main entrance looks like it lacks maintena nce and the room had a specific smell - like a place where no one has entered there for a long time.

The room was clean and OK. The location- of course, great. Very well- supplied lobby bar and helpful receptionists.||I didn't like that there was a inside connection from the hotel to the gambling place next door as if guests were invited to go spend their money in vain.||Breakfast- I waited for a nutritious big warm and fresh eat dince 6 am. I was not in St. Zagora for fun and I wanted the food to make my day. Terrible things- old cold mekici (fried dough), cold eggs and sausages and nothing for vegans exceprt cucumbers and tomatoes chopped. |Ignorant attitude of the restaurant maid to my request to supply a little vegan option.

The hotel benefits from it's location - just in the heart of the city. If your are driving you can use the hotel parking. The rooms are relatively clean. The heating works well in the winter. However the bathroom is very small and quite dark. Also the bed was not comfortable at all. In general the hotel needs refurbishment. it is the biggest hotel in Stara Zagora and probably the best to use for big groups.

My room was on the second floor, and there was very loud music coming out from the hotel restaurant especially between 23:00 and 01:00h. which was absolutely not acceptable. The lady from the reception was very rude and didn’t want to sort this issue. They need to understand what they really want.. to be a good hotel or night club? Both on one place is not possible. The parking cost extra 10 lv, which was not exactly clear when you make the reservation. there is no alternative place where you can stop, because it is in the centre, so you have to pay. This is first place where I go, booked from booking where I was asked for extra payment for my room. The room smells badly to chloride and cheep cleaning agents. The bed was very uncomfortable. All together: late night high noise, parking issues, bad smell, left me very disappointed from my visit.

Hotel is at the center of the city. Location is good but breakfast is below average. Personnel do not know how to speak English. The casino is not good. It is very small. rooms are very old and not that clean.||||I stayed there for work but internet connection is beyond bad. However I do not think there is a better hotel than this since the city is not that big.||||If I get there, I could stay at Vereya Hotel again because there is no other option.

Rooms need serious renovation. Staff are insufficient and unfriendly. Paid parking for hotel guests and the parking is dark - you can hardly in the evening/night. Bad event facilities.
