The location is great, within walking distance to the city center. The man at the reception provided excellent service, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and well-maintained. Parking is paid, but it’s located on-site, so there’s no need to look for parking outside. I highly recommend staying here.

This is not the Carlton, but it doesn’t pretend to be. Hotel Verlaine feels a bit like classic south-of-France: gate opens, you roll in with the car, reception on one side, your room somewhere on the other. Rooms are decent, equipment decent - everything just about decent. It’s small, yes, but has that personal touch that saves it from being forgettable. Price is still fair, even in the Cannes high season. For a night or two, it’s a good choice… just don’t expect fireworks.

We actually wanted to book, but we had a question beforehand, which we tried to ask by email. Unfortunately, despite our inquiries, no one responded for over three days, and no one was available by phone either. It's a shame. Apparently, the beautiful facade on the internet, consisting of enchanting photos, is unfortunately just a facade and nothing more. This was our first and last attempt to book at this hotel.

Very central and close to heart of action. The receptionist lady however could have been nicer and more polite to have a better first impression at the very first encounter of checking in. Overall the hotel is pristine clean, not compromising quality products to offer which is highly appreciated.

It was a great stay with great location||You feel at home so clean||But the bed wasn't comfortable ||And when i called for a clean mug no one could service me. Simple things can make it the best hotel

Great stay at hotel Verlaine. The location couldn't be better, very close to everything but also away from the chaos. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with nice little touches that made the experience special. The whole property is well-maintained and stylish. Would definitely recommend.

The best place I’ve ever stayed. The staff couldn’t do any more for you they made things so easy so special for us and looked after us so well. Beautiful clean hotel and great facilities! Will defo be staying here everytime. So close to the main strip in Cannes too.
