Hotel Veronica

It's our 2nd time staying at this hotel. The location is great as it is safe since it's across from the police station and is near a mall. Since it's within the city, it is a good place to rest after seeing the sights and sounds of Roxas City. The rooms are, on the average, great. The room is comfortable with working air-conditioning, and the shower has regulated temperature too. The crew are friendly and courteous and give off that homey vibe.

From the moment I stepped into Hotel Veronica, I was greeted with nothing less than impeccable service and warmth. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The staff were not only professional but also made me feel like a valued guest, with smiles that matched the hotel's inviting ambiance. The lobby exuded a blend of elegance and comfort, offering a glimpse of the tranquility awaiting in the rooms. If first impressions matter, Hotel Veronica has definitely earned my trust and excitement for the days ahead.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning was not turned on prior to check in, so it took a while to cool down. Aside from that, the hotel location was excellent. It is right across the street from the mall. Also, the restaurant, the bread basket, was awesome and is located within the hotel grounds. My wife and I enjoyed many meals from this restaurant. Service staff at this restaurant was excellent as well.

The hotel is clean and comfortable rooms. Police station is nearby and Robinson mall as well. Staff are nice and hospitable Airport transfer is FREE :)

Location is great since this is just a tumbling away from a mall. Room is clean and adequate in size. Internet service is limited to 15 hours only(not good for digital nomads). Internet is not available in the restaurant area so you need to finish your food and go back to your room if you need to stay online. Some small items are not available as well like slippers and shampoo. There is a cheap disk shape soap though.

The restaurant has a best tasting meal being served, the pizza, the bread and even the entire course meal delighted diners.😍😘📸

One of the most expensive hotels in Roxas but the service is horrible. Towels are ussually part of the accomodation but we had to ask twice in the concierge because there is none in the room. We also have to ask for floor mat because their bathroom is so slippery. It was my our first time going back and forth to the front desk for towels. The staffs weren't even apologetic that we had to ask the basics. There was also a confusion on the swimming pool usage time.

I check in at the height of the heat index in the region, the room was comfy with all accompanying amenities, Robinsons mall is just across, staff were friendly and hospitable, my short stay turned into 1 week, was planning to extend but mngmnt has book the whole floor for future guests. Overall great.

Clean rooms with a professional staff that respond to your requests in a timely manner. Great hotel with amazing avocado smoothies.
