What a beautiful hotel. We loved our room with a sauna. It was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The only negatives were the sharp doorhandle and the loud bathroom door. breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. We loved the variety and freshness of the products. So why only 3 stars? Because we spent our wedding night here (and they knew that) and the hotel didn't do anything for us. We were hoping for maybe a glass of champagne, or some chocolate or just someone congratulating us. Normally I wouldn't ask for anything, but I know that for a special occasion I know it's quite normal for a hotel to do something small. This wouldn't cost them anything, and it would have made us happy.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. -in a mall so some rooms don't have window - the ones with window - towards the main walking street with bars restaurants, noisy at night, drunk people screaming all night. -can hear even the rain and everything from the other rooms - some rooms renovated but mainly outdated rooms in a very old building - the worst thing - cannot turn off the air conditioning - huge air conditioning going on all night- although we asked many times - service - just ingnoring. they replied: if others complain we can stop the air otherwise nothing to do( such a lame reply). and on top of it, they offered a chocolate to make us shut up -overall - the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Among the best hotels in Jyväskylä for sure! The location could not be better.

Best location in the city! Definitely worth while for a visit. Location is as central as you can get, all shops, restaurants and services nearby. Rooms are good, staff is excellent and breakfast was high quality. There were many people coming in the morning just to have breakfast with friends. Breakfast room was little and crowded, but good. Maybe some noise cancelling materials to walls and ceilings could help a little. Enough hardworking staff to clear the tables, so there were always seats available. Fresh bread, good salads, omelet chef and many other things that make it feel nice and cosy. Definitely best hotel visit in Jyväskylä, specially if you compare the quality/price. Maybe yöpuu could be next step up, but it is more expensive.

Very good location in the pedestrian area of Jyväskylä. Room was clean, big enough and very quiet. Double bead was excellent for a normal adult. Sauna was available from 5pm till 9pm free of charge including towels and water to drink. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of local products for all (!) tastes. As a nice surprise, visit to Alvar Aalto / history of central Finland museum was included in the price of the stay, just make sure you request this when you are checking in. Over all we were very satisfied with our stay with a highlight being the breakfast. One of the best hotels I have visited in Finland (especially for this price).

Really nice hotel. Great restaurant with open kitchen. Was upgraded to a room with a sauna. Had one of the best night sleeps. No one at reception to answer my call at 21:30 as I looked for help to turn on the sauna with reduction in rating for service. Other then that staff very friendly. Car park location was difficult to find.

Three nights in the centre of town and this place was well placed to enjoy it.|Situated amongst shops and restaurants so plenty of choices for everything you may need. We paid 16 euros per day to park as well.|Medium sized room with a nice bathroom with a shower over a bath. Plenty of hot water along with ample toiletries |Ironing board/safe/hairdryer/kettle/fridge and large TV amongst other things. |The breakfast was excellent with wonderful English speaking staff who will coom your eggs to your taste, and smoked salmon as an extra treat.

Centrally located with on site parking, if you have a large SUV you might struggle as the turns are tight. Great service at reception with local recommendations of restaurants open late on a Sunday. Hotel itself feels fairly dated but still not run down. Rooms are 8/10 clean, pretty boring decor. Bed is on the softer side with 2 big pillows (for each bed) showering might be a challenge if you have a room with bathtub, it’s narrow and you need good balance. TV remote is not cleaned in a long time and feels sticky. TV itself is too small considering how far away for the bed it is. I paid roughly 130€ for one night on a Sunday and it’s worth the money. Next time I’ll try Sokos as I’m left with a feeling of needing something a bit more. All in all a good hotel. Can definitely recommend
