I loved my stay at this hotel. Went for a birthday trip for 2 nights away. We got upgraded for our room and the room exceeded expectations. It was lovely and spacious, clean and smelt great. Shower was lovely, with great products. Aircon was fab. Staff were also super friendly and we were able to store our luggage there whilst we were out during the day. Only downside was we paid extra for bed and breakfast, was a slight let down with the range of food available and did find mould in some jam (this was the only negative thing we had the whole trip). Overall, great hotel and we were a 30 minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower.

This is the most lovely hotel. I treated my partner as it was his 60th birthday and neither one of us was disappointed. ||The first thing to note is that the hotel was extremely conveniently located. From the airport we were able to get a train and then the Metro. This took us directly outside the hotel. This also made it convenient to get back to the airport. It’s a short walk to the Eiffel Tower which means that you can see the light show in the summer evening and only have to walk back to the hotel. On the other side of the Eiffel tower you can access the river and all of the boat cruises. In the opposite direction to the Eiffel Tower is a kind of high street with plenty of shops. What ever direction to turn are lots of lovely places to eat and get a Coffee. ||The second and most important for me was the amazing service that the hotel provides. They really do go out of their way to help you and make sure you have a comfortable stay, there is always someone at reception. Vincent sorted out various issues for us with TV (this was us be stupid and not really and issue with the tv. Vincent was very patient with us). He also fixed our coffee machine. Before hand as it was broken he allowed us to have a coffee each from the breakfast area, which was a lovely area to sit and relax. The hotel itself, very clean and tidy. There is always someone cleaning some part of the hotel. The room was cleaned every day with tea coffee towels ext replaced. The L,occitaine toiletries in the bathroom made it feel a little more luxurious as well. All staff were very friendly and approachable. I only wish that I actually carried cash around with me to leave a tip these guy’s truly deserve it. I most definitely will be visiting and staying at this hotel again and will make sure to leave a tip.

Great location to get to the Eiffel Tower, you can walk.it if needed about 20 mins or Metro about 4 mins (they run every 3 mins, amazing system) check out youtube if unsure how to use! 2 metro stops nearby, one literally accross the road!|Place is immaculately clean. Staff Great and very polite/helpful. Nice L'occtaine toiletries.|Lovely Bistro at the end of the street, approx 50 yards. |The only downfall was the breakfast, continental but not a great selection at all and we are not fussy eaters. I have attached pictures for reference. Orange juice was lovely.|Bed was big and comfortable as well as the pillows. Towels Great quality and amazing waterfall shower with the smaller attachment as well.|Only one tea bag each (flavoured teas) left in the rooms, however the lady on reception did give me some milk and breakfast tea bag when I asked, so very accommodating. They have a secure space to store luggage with no charge, check out is at 12 so no major rush in the morning. |

Perfect 6 nights at this lovely boutique hotel. Rooms lovely and clean, a little on the small side but it is Paris. All staff very friendly and helpful. Perfectly located with metro 6 outside the front doors, and 2 others within a few minutes walk.

I stayed with a friend last week. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. It was situated between both the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre with the metro opposite. I’ve given a 4 instead of a 5 because, there was no iron in the room, whilst there was coffee and herbal tea there was no tea or milk. The breakfast at the hotel is ok. Quite basic as no hot food as in porridge, pouched eggs, pancakes etc and was €15 per person

Stayed here for 3 nights and we couldn’t fault it! So close to the metro and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and plenty of places to eat and drink round about! ||Staff were so friendly and helpful and they couldn’t do enough for you! Rooms were clean and bed was comfy! Will definitely be coming back next time we visit Paris!

This little gem of a hotel is situated very conveniently across the street from a Metro station which gets you to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and other premier locations quickly. Additionally, it's situated very close to a number of quality cafes both within a couple of city blocks from the entrance or just a quick taxi/Metro ride north. Finally, it's also very close to the Gare Montparnasse train station for those looking to get out of town quickly.||The staff are very helpful and friendly. They're well-versed in where to go and what to do and are also multi-lingual, making communication very helpful. For guests who arrive early they're happy to store your bags in their closet so you can get on with your day.||Finally, the breakfast (included in your room booking or available for a 15 Euro tariff) is more than adequate and the dining area is well-maintained. There's an Asian woman charged with keeping the area clean and stocked and she does an amazing job.||The hotel recommends an outside transport service to take you to and from CDG airport. The pricing is competitive with taxis or other services and worth considering.||All in all, probably the best hotel we've ever stayed at in Paris.

The hotel is perfectly located next to a Metro stop which was handy. The room was clean, spacious with a big comfy bed, equipped with a kettle and coffee machine, no milk or tea bags(only fruit/herbal teas). TV which you can use Netflix on however we didnt. L’occtaine products in the bathroom which was lovely. Lots of shops, cafe’s and restaurants nearby.

Yelp
We had a great stay in Paris at the Vic Eiffel! The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Everything is super cute and quaint and the room was a perfect size for everything we needed! The tiny elevator was hilarious too. Bonus points - right across the street is the subway which was quite easy to use. Line 6 is the line to take into the main part of downtown, which is one of the more scenic lines in the city. It's also not a bad walk to the Eiffel Tower (20-25 min) and you pass by more local areas. It's also quieter being away from touristy places. The only disadvantage was one night we wanted to eat dinner close by since we were exhausted. There's only a couple options nearby, nothing particularly amazing or fancy. Would recommend eating closer to the touristy parts where there are more options.

Yelp
Excellent little boutique hotel 3* located in a safe area of Paris very close to many buses and Metro stations. Recently renovated, everything is brand new and very clean. The team is welcoming and helpful to inform about the amenities of the rooms and suggest some sight seeing. The Eiffel Tower can be seen from the window of the room!! Apparently, this hotel was named differently few years ago. It has been arranged with taste and makes a great city hotel for solo travelers or couples. Available in the room, high quality mattress and bed sheets, modern design, Nespresso Machine and Kusmi Tea available complimentary as Evian bottle. The bathroom amenities are provided by the reputable french brand L'Occitane (luxury brand) Great small patio for hanging out or having break fast. Everything is spotlessly new and it offers a great quality/price ratio. Will definitely be back in here and suggested to my friends!

Yelp
I booked this hotel for July 9-15th, 2016, via Expedia in June 2016 - with free cancellation. I specifically booked it with FREE CANCELLATION with these terms - and I quote: "Cancellations or changes made after 11:59AM (Romance Daylight Time) on Jul 8, 2016 or no-shows are subject to a hotel fee equal to the first night's rate plus taxes and fees." I cancelled my reservation on JUNE 29, 2016, well within this time period. THE NIGHTMARE HAS BEEN ONGOING SINCE THEN. First: On July 10th (1 day after the supposed check in) I receive a check in reminder. I was, of course, very confused and called the hotel immediately. They hadn't received my cancellation and told me to contact Expedia. This is in the MIDDLE OF MY HOLIDAY. On July 11th, at 1:46 AM, I receive another email telling me that I am a no-show and the hotel will charge me the first two nights. THIS IS INCONSISTENT WITH WHAT THE ORIGINAL BOOKING SAID. So, even if I had genuinely been a no show- I still would have been screwed over by this hotel and its management. At that point, I decide that it can't wait until after I'm back from holiday - instead of enjoying Paris, I spend 2.5 hours on the phone with Expedia. I am told that their computer systems are completely down and to call back. I'm concerned about this, but they assure me that once the computers are back up, this will be handled without problem. FAST FORWARD OVER ONE MONTH: The hotel is still with-holding the ENTIRE reservation's worth of payment. Not just the 1 night+ taxes in the terms, or the incorrect 2 nights mentioned in their email, but THE WHOLE AMOUNT. And the cherry on top? EXPEDIA SAYS THEY CANNOT GIVE ME THE REFUND WITHOUT THIS HOTEL RESPONDING TO THEM, AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO THEM!!!!! To be fair, part of the blame with this does lie with Expedia, and the time difference between the US and France makes things somewhat more difficult. BUT THAT DOES NOT EXCUSE THE ACTIONS OF THE HOTEL AND ITS STAFF. So, as a public service, I am writing this review. I don't care if a hotel serves me caviar on a solid gold serving tray - if they are dishonest, then THEY ARE DISHONEST. PERIOD. THIS HOTEL IS RUN BY DISHONEST PEOPLE LOOKING TO SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Yelp
First time in Paris and we had a 15 hour day layover so we booked this hotel on Expedia to have a place to relax during our layover. They were very accommodating to our needs and the staff was really friendly. They spoke good English so that helped a lot. The hotel and rooms are extremely small but it's is really nice and clean inside. Great little hotel very close to everything you need to see in Paris.
