Cozy hotel, located just across the sea. Staff super friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a welcome drink; a minor room issue was quickly resolved by the staff. Thank you so much for the amazing stay; we will definitely be back again.

Really enjoyed my stay! Staff were very friendly and helpful, location is perfect and view is great. Hotel parking was reserved by others for some of our stay but we didn't have much trouble finding parking nearby within easy walking distance of the hotel. We stayed here to see the Formula E race weekend in Monaco - it was easy to get an Uber from the hotel to the circuit.

Basic hotel. Not 4 stars. I asked for a quiet room and was told my room was quiet or had to pay 40 euros to get one. It was only for a one night so I took my chances and trusted the hotel receptionist. Well that didn’t turn out well. She told me the coffee shop downstairs shut down around 7. However they partied until midnight.

We loved our two nights at this hotel. Although situated near a round about, at night there is no traffic noise. The view is superb, and the rooms are renovated, being the entire first floor of an old typically French Riviera apartment block! The staff at reception were helpful, we took the car garage option for our rental vehicle, which is within walking distance. The best shower on the entire holiday of one month! Fabulous water pressure, tea and coffee making facilities, a different pillow delivered to the room with a smile, iron and board in the room! Good size balcony with very comfy chairs. Breakfast nothing outstanding but adequate, I did love the fresh orange juice every morning! I was given a beach chair and towel at reception: I did not last very long on this "beach" made out of stones! |I highly recommend this small but unique hotel!

Such a great location away from the hustle and bustle of Monaco. Ocean front rooms are well appointed for the price; good aircon, spacious balcony, well sized bathroom, small (non-alcoholic) stock in bar fridge (free) and tea n coffee is appreciated. Having said that to have to pay Eu$3 for a wine glass to enjoy local French wine is ridiculous but coupled with staff that then laugh about it at your expense not realizing you k sweat as French is disgusting. Beach towels are highly regulated, again same staff with nasty attitude to deal with. Apparently hotel has beach lounges (per other reviews) but they were never offered. On a positive there is a Fantastic beach front cafe across the road you can hire a beach lounge and umbrella for Eu$18 for the day is fantastic . |Overall a lovely stay however some staff should review their attitude to customers; having travelled over 20,000kms to contribute to their economy and have a few nasty staff tarnishes the experience. Hotels are close by, they may have a better attitude to visitors.

Great stay at this nicely renovated hotel on the waterfront. Rooms were very contemporary, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff very friendly. Good location between Roquebrun-Cap-Martin and Menton. Parking was very easy around the hotel too. Good value and a solid stay - no complaints!||If coming to Menton for the lemon festival, it's a great option. Note that it's a 35-minute walk to the festival, but there is also a local bus (as well as shuttles during parade days).

The only thing that this hotel has going for them is the location is located right on the beach. Besides that the receptionist was not very helpful. I also tried to tell her that our room is a dirty, the pillows were also dirty and i asked for another room. She said we cannot do that, then i asked what about a refund and i will go get another hotel which was also delined by them. We were suppose to stay here for one night it was absolutely awful, take a look at the pictures and judge for your self. Make sure you avoid this hotel at all cost by the way this was ROOM 117

Yelp
Great Hotel! The view on Cap Martin from the balcony is great! The rooms are clean and nice designed. Every room has air condition, a free safe, a flatscreen TV with satellite reception and a little fridge. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. The breakfast is good and worth the 12 Euros per person. Menton with its beautiful streets, cafes and restaurants are only a few minutes walk on the promenade away. Monaco is just a couple of minutes by car away and the walk around Cap Martin promises an impressive view to Monaco.
