Hotel Victory Therme Erding

We had a pleasant stay and would like to share our feedback. Positive points: The staff was always kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel maintains excellent hygiene standards, and the breakfast selection was great — fresh, well organized, and enjoyable every morning. Points for improvement: We requested an extra birthday package, but the decoration was placed on our young children’s bed, which caused confusion, since it was actually my birthday. Two years ago the birthday package included cake and prosecco, but this time it was only provided after we asked, and it did not feel as special or personalized. It seems the team did not check who the celebration was for. Additionally, the room facing the club had a window that could not be opened, making the space feel very warm and stuffy. We also noticed that the Alexa devices are no longer available, and the TV felt outdated, with limited channels and occasional signal issues. We hope this helps the hotel improve, because we truly enjoy staying there and would love to return.

This is my seventh stay at the Hotel Victory in Erding... and each time becomes my home for three days after walking some of Europes Caminos and pilgrimage paths. Typically I stay in a Yacht Cabine room - sleek and impeccably clean, and with all the amenities I could ask for. And then access to the Therme's wellness and sauna areas is so easy for one of the finest aufguss experiences anywhere. To top it off, the hotel's Empire Restaurant is world-class in every way - and in my opinion worthy of a Michelin rating. It's superb.

I reserved a room with a balcony overlooking the wave pool. When I arrived, I was informed the description of the room on the website is incorrect and that my room does not have a balcony. The trip was for my son’s 15th birthday, and I wanted everything to be perfect. Unfortunately, the hotel was sold out and it was not possible to move us to the room I was expecting based on the description on the website. I spoke to the hotel manager who offered us two drink coupons as an apology. While I was disappointed by this resolution, I didn’t want to cause a scene and decided to just go with it and have a good time, despite this setback. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is free parking for hotel guests. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, with an omelette station and a wide selection of items to choose from. My son had an amazing time, especially considering the slides close late at night. Admission to the Therme the following day is also included for hotel guests. We had a wonderful time! We will definitely return.

We have stayed here a couple times. Sometimes going to the therme sometimes not. Breakfast is solid. Rooms are fun. And Pablo Ruiz at check in is absolutely the best! We are coming back next year. This is such a great place after a long plane flight to relax before a grueling touristic itinerary. And the Aufguss is tops! So many talented Aufgussmeisters. Gergö in the Russian Banya was probably the best!

I had an excellent stay at Victory Hotel. Everything was really great—the location, easy access, delicious breakfast, and the rooms were all wonderful. The staff and overall experience made it a perfect stay.||||The only small suggestion I have is that since it was a very warm couple of days during our visit, a small refrigerator in the room would have made it even better, so we could keep cold drinks and water.||||Other than that, everything was truly perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

The hotel had great pools, plenty of lounge ares, and was very clean. The massages were excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there.

The stay was pleasant, but accessibility for wheelchair and stroller users needs improvement. Also, the extra charge for Therme Park entry was unclear during booking and feels inappropriate for hotel guests. These issues impacted our overall experience.

Always a wonderful experience. Right there at Therme Erding. Never have to leave the grounds. Clean rooms, breakfast is great, and the staff is friendly.
