Well maintained premises, beds were comfortable, shower water temperature and pressure were good. Very nice owner/manager.
We stayed at the hotel for just one night in a ground floor room, which was off of an enclosed courtyard. It felt a bit exposed, as if we were in the manager's office across the courtyard. Nonetheless, the room was quiet at night, we weren't disturbed by other guests or outside noise; however, the plumbing in our room made a persistent hum that made it hard to sleep. There were also a ton of ants entering under the door from the courtyard. As others have noted, there was no minifridge in the room.
The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the mesquita, and there is a free open air parking lot not too far away (if you can find a spot). Street outside the hotel smells sulphuric but inside the hotel smells fine. Surcharge of 20 euros for checking in after 8 pm.
