Our family love this hotel. My brother got married here and as a family we come back at the same time every year because we always have such a lovely time. |The location is beautiful, the staff are great and the entertainment is incredible. The entertainment team in particular really make our trip every year. Shout out to Tanya, Mariana, Claudia, Rodrigo and everyone else on the team. The effort that goes into the evening shows is insane and we always have such a laugh taking part in the competitions to win a cocktail. |I have a 20 month old toddler and the outdoor toddler pool was great for him as well as the little soft play and colouring in tables inside the school. |There's a play park and mini football pitch as well for kids to play in.|They also have a lovely in door swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi which is free to use throughout the day, and massages. |A boat goes directly from the hotel's private pier to Tavira Island regularly through the day which has a lovely sandy beach and lots of fish restaurants |If you want a chilled, hassle free and fun holiday this is definitely the place to go. |We will be back!

The hotel is huge and caters to groups which I usually dislike. And it is outside of the lovely town of Tavira. But if you have a car, go golfing or birdwatching it is a great option. Ask for a room far from reception to avoid the commotion. The rooms are simple but nice. The hotel used to be the quarters for the tuna fishermen at the beginning the 20th century. There is a nice chapel and museum explaining the history, not to be missed.

Very nice staff! Hard-working people! We love the history of the fishing village and the museum! Also the jacuzzi 😉

We stayed here for 4 days as a big group of 3 families with ages ranging from 8-70! Our room was perfectly comfortable, and surprisingly good power shower! The breakfast was great, drinks very good and extremely reasonably priced. Dinner could have been better, but there was a food range and for the price, really can't complain! Pool is one of the coldest I've experienced, but very beautiful and the children loved the slides. There were plenty of loungers and even at 9 or 10 you could easily find plenty. Without a doubt, what made our stay was Rodrigo and the other animation team members, they are simply amazing! We never like to use kids clubs, as I don't feel comfort leaving my children with strangers, but Rodrigo would come every day and entertain them, play football with them and they absolutely adored him! The rest of the team also, were just so much fun and a joy to be around. We did tbe dolphin spotting trip from the hotel with very low expectations and were so happy that we had an amazing experience! The crew were excellent and we got to spend a wonderful morning surrounded by dolphins which we will never forget! The only negative was that we got eaten alive daily by mosquitos due to the location, but it felt worth it! Take plenty of mozzy spray!

To begin with, I never wanted to write this. But now, coming from the reception, I feel like I have to. First thing first, the room we were assigned was infested with ants. After reporting this issue, we were moved to a second room, which unfortunately, was not properly cleaned. We requested housekeeping to address the cleanliness issue, but when they came, they made the bed and I guess…that’s all. (I will attach a picture with the bathroom window, that’s been sitting there for quite a while. I won’t attach photos with the remaining toenails on the floor and so on.) Additionally, we needed an iron, but were informed that there were no irons available at the hotel, which was very inconvenient. We were told this was due to safety reasons, yet there was no alternative space provided for ironing, such as a designated ironing room. The laundry service offered returns clothes only the next day, which is not helpful if you have an important meeting or event and need pressed clothes urgently. Moreover, the level of English spoken by the staff was very poor, which made communication difficult and frustrating. The check-in process was extremely slow, leading to a long line forming behind us. This, combined with the lack of responsiveness and overall attitude of the staff, made for a very unpleasant stay. Although I initially said I wouldn’t write a review about our experience, I now feel compelled to do so due to the unprofessional and disappointing attitude we encountered. The only positive aspect of our stay was the entertainment team, who were fantastic and very engaging. I hope you take this feedback seriously, your place has a tremendous potential but still there’s a lot of work to be done.

The hotel is located very far away from any restaurant and supermarket nothing in proximity of 20 minutes walking distance. Can't go out without the car. The reception staff was very friendly and polite. breakfast menu just the same and no changes quite boring. Dinner menu not many options and quite expensive. Rooms were good quite a classic decor. Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement because the room wasn't being cleaned properly. The hair and sand was just there on the floor for all the 7 days that we were there. They have large pool and kids pool hence a family friendly place. Every night they have activities for the kids and families which is fun. The property has kids play room and also a park. Overall a nice stay

The reception does not know where the apartment is located. We searched for it ourselves. The spa closes at 7 p.m. and opens only at 10 a.m. Electric vehicle charging is available only with local company cards. Found only 40 km from the hotel, lost 2 hours on the road and charge

It is a 3 stars hotel disguised as a 4 stars. The food is not great, the breakfast items are industrial. Not a single local produce in sight... Where are the local cheeses? The chorizos? Everything is highly processed and lacks any sort of taste. It is a kids friendly hotel with tons of activities for them which is great for families. The swimming pool is gorgeous. The direct access to the beach at the back of the hotel is a luxury not a lot have in algarve. The beds are absolutely awful. The mstrss seemed be wrapped in plastic which makes it super uncomfortable and very loud. The staff is very kind and helpful. The mosquito situation is not being delt with. We got distroid these little killers. Had a decent stay overall. I don't understand how this is rated 4 stars and will not be recommending this place.
