Beautiful boutique hotel with a stylish, elegant interior, but the service was shockingly poor.
During breakfast (€20 per person), we were repeatedly ignored by staff. We asked multiple times for coffee and tea. One staff member said they would ask a colleague nothing happened. Another simply nodded and walked away. At one point, a staff member actively avoided eye contact, turned away, and literally walked off when we addressed her. It’s very unprofessional to ignore guest and stop communicating with them. After more than an hour, we left without ever receiving coffee or tea. Many other guests were experiencing the same issue.
At check-out, we were given only a brief apology and told the colleague would be “spoken to.” No solution or compensation was offered. Instead, the card machine was placed on the counter and we were asked to pay in full for the breakfast.
A beautiful hotel, but service like this is unacceptable and does not match the price or the boutique label.
