From the moment we arrived at Hotel Villa Annette, we knew we had chosen the perfect place for our stay. The location is absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to everything you might need. The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and tastefully designed, with every detail thought through to create a warm and luxurious feeling. The rooms and interior are spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, combining modern design with a cozy atmosphere. The pool area is a true highlight – relaxing, well-maintained, and perfect for enjoying both sunny afternoons and quiet evenings. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras – the team provided us with excellent recommendations on where to go and what to see in the area, which made our trip even more special. And we cannot forget to mention the hotel’s own olive oil, which is truly exceptional and a must-try! What stood out the most was the professionalism, friendliness, and warmth of the staff. Every team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and it felt more like being part of a family than just guests at a hotel. A special thank you goes to Annette and Helen, whose kindness, attention to detail, and personal touch made our stay unforgettable. This hotel is a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We can’t recommend it enough and are already looking forward to coming back.

Our whole family had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Annette🤗.The hotel is modern, spotless, clean and very comfortable, with a beautiful pool that both parents and kids can enjoy. We loved the warm atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, and having coffee ( or glass of wine🤭🥂)outside in the little meadow surrounded by nature was absolutely perfect. The hotel’s own olive oil is also amazing and a real treat to try!🤩😋 What really made the difference for us was the staff – always professional yet incredibly warm and welcoming, all of them.🥰A special mention goes to my personal favorite, Annette, whose kindness and personal touch made us feel completely at home. Villa Annette is the perfect place for families looking for comfort, relaxation, and genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!💯🔝

We visited Villa Annette in early February and it was an amazing experience despite the winter season. The room was spacious, comfortable, and warm. We were the only guests in the hotel, but we experienced the full service. The breakfast was delicious with homemade Istrian food. If the weather is not too windy, Rabac is beautiful in every season, as there are many trails for hiking, trail running, and MTB.

My wife and I stayed one night at Hotel Villa Annette and chose this boutique accommodation as we were seeking a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of crowds.||||The hotel (which has 12 rooms) is located high on the hill in a quiet location and offers lovely views of the Bay of Rabac. Ample free parking is readily available, with the rooms on the higher floors (which are accessible by stairs) having the best views, with rooms on level 3 offering the best outlook.||||Our Suite was extremely spacious, nicely furnished, clean, comfortable, and comprised a bedroom with a king bed and TV, a living room with a sofa which converted into an additional double bed and another TV. There were also two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), whilst the balcony was large and offered a nice view of the bay. The room included two air-conditioners, a mini bar refrigerator stocked with a variety of drinks, as well as tea / coffee making facilities. The free Wi-Fi worked well.||||The swimming pool area was a lovely feature of the complex and besides having pool lounge chair seating (with the option of umbrellas) around the pool, also had an undercover bar / dining area where one could order drinks and also light food such as tapas, schnitzel, chips, sandwiches, and the like for lunch or during the course of the afternoon. The quality of the food was very good.||||The buffet breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food choices available, as well as the option to have eggs cooked to your liking or have breakfast in the nearby outdoor garden if one wished.||||Staff were very efficient, friendly and provided first-class service adding to the quality of our stay.||||It should be noted that the hotel restaurant is not open for evening meals, and you really need to have your own vehicle to be able to access the restaurants in Rabac (5-minute drive), as to walk entails at least a 30-minute walk down and then in excess of 45 minutes to walk back up the very steep hill to the hotel. Staff were very helpful in providing the best parking options in close proximity to the restaurant we had booked.||||In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoyed our very relaxing and peaceful stay at Hotel Villa Annette and would have no hesitation in staying at this location should we return to Rabac.

Most beautiful view over the Rabac bay! We had a spacious room, perfect balcony and the hotel has a nice pool area. The walk into town (or rather the way back, uphill) is definitely a workout but worth it. Would recommend this place for sure.

We stayed a few nights visiting a client. Great and spacious rooms with a beautiful sea view. Excellent breakfast with a choice of Istrian frittatas and other goodies. Very tasty food served in a garden and the most helpful staff . We had olive oil tasting and both a few bottles. Excellent olive oil. When in area Villa Annette is our place to stay as we felt as at home.

The villa has a great location…for us as a family with a little kid was the quiet atmosphere off the main street great! The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and spacious. There is a nice view of the sea and the surroundings from the terrace. Special thanks to Ivana for a perfect service and very nice attitude and empathy🤗

Perched high Rabac - our suite had terrific views - this is a delightful small hotel. Service is not in your face - when you want something you ring. Either Ivana & Valentina appear, as if magically, immediately and were both incredibly helpful and efficient. Not sure - well definitely sure - that the hotel could not run with out them. Our suite was great always peaceful and relaxing. We ate evening meals in the hotel on three occasions, and although the selection was not vast, the food was delicious. As was the breakfast - a great way to start the day. They have some great Istrian and Croatian wines too - which we indulged ourselves with. Produce their own very fine olive oil too - wonderful poured on bread! Need to have a car or be prepared to walk 10 minutes into Rabac, and then the 25/30 minutes back. Keeps you fit. If you want secluded and peaceful; coming and going as you please with great service when you require it....stay at Villa Annette. Our suite was on the 3rd floor - I have not been in the other rooms/suites, but logically best view from highest position
