Hotel Villa ANZIO is RICHARD.

Nice Spa Hotel in Marianske Lazne. Been traveling alot in Czech republic. Must say, that this hotel really was a hitten gem for the price. Staff really nice and professional. If you want to experiance a real Czech Spa holliday, I recommend this Hotel.

We spent a beautiful long weekend in the hotel Richard. My two children enjoyed the swimming pool, me and my husband were enjoying the Whirlpool. We also had the spa treatments. It was great! Also the stuff of the hotel is great. We will be back soon.

Stayed at Richard two nights and had an all inclusive at the restaurant. The food has a very low standard, without any ambition when it comes to taste or presentation. At the dinner a basic salad was presented, with ok choices. When we left the main dish on the plate -dry turkey or old cod - it was not of great interest for the staff. Breakfast was extremely poor and only fruit served was from a Del Monte can...|A spa that charge you 10 Euro for a visit to the sauna is not a spa. |

Was on this place with wife for 3 night. She take a spa packet and I was on hunt in mountains. Good hotel with perfect service and kitchen. Good choice for breakfast and menu. Fair price for room. Close parking with camera. Restaurant was serve a meal even if I came back after op hours from forrest. Room was smaller size but good equiped. Spa packet with all massage and procedure was great. Hotel is close to centre and colonade. This is a good choice.

We were there just for 2 nights and 3 days, kind of a long weekend. In general everything was fine. Staff is very nice and friendly, but mostly speaks only German, no English... Cleanliness of the rooms could be better, I guess the maids never checks the curtains in the rooms coz they do their job in the first part of the day. Our curtains were horrible, it's not so much visible from the photos but in reality it was much worse. Breakfast was okeysh.... not bad but cannot say good as well... very small variety. Dinner was better. You cannot sit where you want in the restaurant during breakfast. Even when magority already had breakfast, you sit where they will let you, even if there is empty tables you would sit with some family/strange people... For dinner you have also a specific table with other people. Check out is at 11:00 am.

Whirpool and swimming pool is included. But not the sauna. Sauna costs extra 10 € per person/per hour - wtf?!? Dear hotel management, cross the word spa in the hotel name!|P.S.: we are staying in room 318 till 9.01. - please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any solution for this problem.
