Una muy mala experiencia, a la cual voy a enumerar todo lo acontecido
1. Sirven agua de un llamado "ecofiltro" el cual revise y no lo limpian de la parte de abajo, incluso tiene alga en la parte de arriba del barro, a causa de esto me enferme del estomago.
2. No tome el desayuno que incluye, y aun así no te hacen un descuento
3. Te hacen un recargo por pagar con tarjeta de débito/crédito, vivimos en una sociedad donde las transacciones en su mayoría son electrónicas, pagar con efectivo te desacredita como negocio y encima de cobrar un 5% extra. muy mal
4. La televisión esta de por gusto, no sirven y dicen que la caja se mojo y por eso no se puede ver TV, osea no hacen nada por repararlo.
5. La habitación donde me quede era una habitación demasiado húmeda y tenia un olor malo, no quisieron cambiarla me dijeron que tenia un costo extra el moverme a otra habitación, esto no es un servicio al cliente, y es que a esto se deben. Debí haber dejado el hotel en este punto, pero continua...
6. En la habitación aparte de que no se veía la TV, la señal de WIFI era pobre o inestable, ya no quise reclamar ya que me hubiesen dicho que tenia un costo extra el acercar el router. ¡MUY MAL!
7. Dejaron la luz encendida toda la noche del pasillo, la cual no se puede apagar porque es una luz ecológica, osea el descanso de los huéspedes es primordial, no las luces geológicas.
8. En las paredes del hotel se ve colgando muchos reconocimientos a la que tal vez es la dueña, realmente creo que debería evaluar ¿como esta atendiendo ella a sus clientela?, porque recuerde 1 cliente insatisfecho genera 10 más.
