Fabulous old hotel inside the old city walls. Renovated, but showing some wear. Location, staff and breakfast were excellent. Note that some websites claim that this hotel offers parking or a sauna; both are false. Nearest parking is 1km away and 2€ per hour. We stayed in a deluxe suite on the top floor and loved it. Highly recommended, but pricey.

Beautiful rooms, fantastic location. Unfortunately our second night was completely ruined by ridiculously loud dance music from the bar next door until 1am. Being so central we expected a bit of town noise but this was like the speaker was literally in our room. When I went and spoke to reception they said they ask the bar to turn it down but there’s nothing they can do. While I appreciate it’s not directly within their control I think they should be more transparent with guests when booking that certain rooms will experience significant noise, and perhaps provide a discounted rate for those rooms. Real shame as it’s a beautiful hotel.

Hotel Villa Duomo in Kotor is a true gem! What truly sets it apart is the unique stone-walled rooms, which add a touch of ancient charm and character to every stay. A truly unforgettable experience! 5/5 stars. The staff is really friendly. Breakfast was good.

Firstly the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is well positioned, but expect crowd noise. The room we had was large but maintenance was an issue. We stayed 3 days in which time the toilet seat was not repaired. The shower head leaked profusely, but was fixed that day. The internet was at best intermittent and the air conditioner batteries were flat. Too many issues when on holidays

If I could leave negative stars I would.||||Extremely important detail - this hotel falsely advertises itself as 4-STAR!!!!||||1) Reception looks like a cashier counter of a village cafe - NOT 4 STAR! Sure you can be small if you are a boutique but this is far from it.||||2) The receptionist was arguing with me, telling me to go somewhere else and no help offered with the heavy bags of my elderly mother. NOT 4 STAR at all.||||3) There is no private parking offered by this supposed 4 STAR hotel. I checked nearby other 4 star hotels - Hotel Monte Cristo, Royal House, Kazin Supreme all offer private parking for the convenience of the guests.||||4) It was a nightmare to get in touch with the hotel, the reception phone was always busy, not responding to messages. When I arrived after looking for a parking for an hour, nearly getting into an accident. The receptionist was gaslighting me that no hotel offers private parking, disgusting lie!!! Then when I challenged her on the fact this is supposed to be 4 STAR hotel she said, don’t stay here then - but they refused to let me cancel without charging me.||||5) Cleaning standard is poor. Attached photos of an extremely dusty surface and limescale all over bathroom amenities. AGAIN, not what you would see in real 4 STAR hotels.||||6) Flimsy and ugly clothes hanger, again such unsightly thing wouldn’t be seen in any self respecting hotel - maybe dodgy cheap Airbnb, which what this is.||||7) Website is not real and looks like a scammy aggregator||||So in the end I had a massive inconvenience and displeasure of getting into this fake 4 STAR, almost wrecked the car while at it, to be greeted by untrained staff with their local bakery attitude receptionists, that tell me that I am free to go but only after paying them for this massive PITA experience.||||Unbelievable, what really gets me is not the lack of parking is the audacity to CLAIM this is a 4 STAR HOTEL!||||It is an absolutely disgusting scam! This hotel does not deserve being called 4 STAR, this is fraud!!!! Being 4 STAR comes with 4 STAR consideration of guests needs, not 1 STAR inconvenience of staying through the pain and discomfort!

Pretty hotel but some of the rooms are insanely close to the bar next door and it’s impossible to sleep from Thursday - Sunday - staff didn’t help, I literally slept on my friends floor who thankfully had a different room. No help from staff, refunds or discounts to help

Helpful and friendly staff, great location, big room but tiny bathroom.Breakfast was very weak. Worst part is the loud music noise coming from the nightclub nextdoor until 1AM. We spent 3 nights, could not sleep at all!

This charming hotel is right in the center of it all. We just had to step outside and we were close to dining and shopping. Perfect location in Old Town Kotor. The room was lovely and clean. The bed was a bit firm for us but still comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The morning breakfast was so delicious and they cook made us lattes when we were ready. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed and there was a nice variety of food offered. All hotel staff were extremely professional and friendly. We really enjoyed talking to them and they went out of their way to make us feel at home.
