Great value. Beautiful atmosphere. I don't want to leave San Salvador because I would happily live in this hotel. I was pleased with the cleanliness. I paid $35 for a room with an air conditioner which was helpful mid day, but barely turned it on at night in November.

We just dropped by the hotel and got a good offer without reservation. We had a private room with private bathroom, everything was clean and the room was big enough. The next day we could even leave our luggage their secured. The workers are very friendly, filled up our water bottles multiple times. The hotel has a rustic charme and there's a lot of space to chill outside the room as well. The historic centre is in walking distance, maybe 15 minutes and we felt very safe. Thank you :)

We were disappointed by the room we ended up getting compared to pictures from hotels.com. We booked a simple room, but when arriving they gave us a twin room instead. But this « upgraded » turned out to be a dispointment as the room was quite run down, and located directly next to a busy street with a lot of trucks traffic as early 4 am. The room itself really need to be repainted and refreshed a bit. At least it was clean and the price was decent. If you book there, make sure to take a room with AC so you don’t end up on the noisy street view.

Very noisy because just next to a main road. Room quality is below average and most importantly, does not look like at all those pics online. Services are equal to zero. Yes it’s budget friendly and close to centro, but i wouldn’t recommend unless you have no choice, and pick the one with AC as the heat and moist inside are not fun.

Once inside, this place is well kept and very clean. Beautiful decor and layout. They're working on having hot water. I felt safe and the location was perfect to walk around the market places, restaurants, and the Centro Historico, where you'll find lots of entertaining. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. Parking could be better, but our car was safe for the night. The price for the room was relative inexpensive. I'd definitely stay there again.

I've probably stayed at this place 10 times now. The decor and the layout is so unique and beautiful. It's clear that they've put so much work into it and it's a labor of love. The entry area and the two common areas are great places to sit and hang out or to work on your computer. The front desk staff are 1000% quality. Helpful, patient, professional. I've never been in a room that was not spotlessly clean. I tend to prefer staying in the rooms at the back because they are further away from the street. If you're visiting from outside El salvador, keep in mind that it's normal for Salvadoran people to sleep just with a sheet and not a blanket, so if you're confused about the lack of blanket on your bed, you can ask the front desk for a blanket and they will give it to you.
