Hotel Villa Iguana

This was an excellent hotel for its price, it was clean, and the staff was very friendly. They have a great rooftop with a 24h pool, the food is great and the location of the hotel, even though not walkable distance to a good beach. It is at a walkable distance of a lot of bars and a marina, excellent for a night stroll. + 9 min drive to the Dominicus beach (the best in the area) Please keep in mind they only accept cash, but believe me you won’t find a better price x quality hotel.

Fabulous location and quiet area! I feel I got the second best sleep of my life here! The included breakfast is a satisfying way to start the day. The deck on the top of the hotel provides fantastic views.||What sets this place apart is the caring staff. I unfortunately took a fall while running in the morning. When I returned, the staff jumped into action, providing me with ways to clean out my cuts. Even the next day, they inquired about my cuts and scrapes!||This property is comfortable and a great value. Stay here!

Breakfast was meh but included in the affordable price! Room was good with AC and we loved Nancy the receptionist! Great location ,great communication!

Doors are paper thin. Was woken up at 1 am when customers were locked out. Woken up at 4am to the hotel dog barking. Again at 730 am. If you want sleep go somewhere else.

I'm giving 4 stars but because of the comfort and price, it's not a fancy place like a Marriott or Hilton. The manager and cook are very nice, the place is very clean and comfortable and just 2 very short blocks from ScubaFun and the other dive centers. On each floor they have free fresh water (bring your own water bottle or else you'll be drinking from those small cups).

The staff at this establishment is exceptionally kind and helpful. I felt genuinely welcomed, receiving assistance with anything I required. The rooftop offers a stunning view, and the pool is available for a refreshing swim at any time. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay over a few days. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Conveniently located near restaurants and the beach.

Super central, within walking distance of all bars, restaurants or even excursion departures. The front desk speaks many languages. Basic rooms are very basic. Light breakfast. Roof terrace has a nice view over the area. Be aware they only take cash...

Good hotel. Rooms upstairs are big with a good airconditioning and hot shower. Nice pool on the roof and pretty view. Bar is quite expensive and 28% extra on the bill for taxes and tips. Breakfast was very small. Only 1 egg with 1 toast and a few pieces of fruit.
