Hotel Villa Louise and lovely Bourgogne were breathtaking! The highlights of our trip to France! My husband and I stayed in the second floor, air-conditioner Terrace room , overlooking the gardens and the vineyards. We were in heaven for our 3-night stay, with wine served to us on our shaded terrace in the afternoon by the friendly and helpful staff, and the generous and delicious French breakfasts served in the garden in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and updated. We enjoy staying in country inns and B&B’s over city hotels, and Hotel Villa Louise sets the bar high for our future travels. Only a 10 minute drive to Beaune for sightseeing and dinner, while you enjoy the charm, comfort and incredible views at Hotel Villa Louise. On our departure, Genevieve also took us downstairs to see the wine cellar. C’est magnifique! 5 stars for us!! I would love to return one day!

We had a great stay at Villa Louise. Cosy, relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Very attentive staff. Beautiful garden next to vinyards. An amazingly good breakfast! We rented bikes for one day. Bikes were in good condition. Fair price for the rental. Only downside is that the hotel and village do not have any restaurants. Luckily Baune is only a short ride away and has plenty of good options. The hotel also has a list of recommended restaurants in the area to help you.

I had the privilege of staying here during the grape harvest of September, 2024. The hexagonal tower is perfect for traveling solo, with the best views of the vineyards and the Hill of Corton. Beaune is just a ten minute drive away. The breakfasts were world-class. Many thanks to Malene and Victoria for your warm welcome!

Delightful and incredibly comfortable!|Beautiful reception, perfect room, everything you could wish for in the room and the pool/ sauna area is perfect for relaxation. Stunning gardens to sit and enjoy their lovely wines. ||We will definitely return ti visit Beaune again and this is a perfect away from town location.

I stayed here with my family of two adults and two children (aged 7 and 9 years) in September 2024 in a suite.||Where to start!||The room - really three rooms (open-plan adjoining bedrooms plus bathroom and entry hall) - was EXTREMELY spacious, with the children having their own space with two single beds. ||The views are extraordinarily beautiful, over vinyards. The hotel is contained within an old French villa in a gorgeous historical township. My eyes can barely believe how beautiful everything is!||In the suite there is a small fridge, table and chairs, fire place, office desk, luggage rack, two walk in robes (just big enough for clothing for family of four), newly-renovated bathroom and oh ... did I mention stunning views out of every window or glass door!? ||There is a pool which was a little bit cool for our kids, but we were able to engage them by putting a hot shower into the water (sorry to the hotel about this but we got a bit desperate as they had their heart set on swimming!). ||In the off season the demographic seems to be older Americans, but we were certainly made to feel welcome, and the hotel surprised us with a beautiful kid-friendly breakfast including the Nestle equivalent of Coco-pops, croissants, nutella toast, fruit and orange juice. They are definitely well set up for slightly older kids - I'm not too sure if I would bring a baby here, as I don't think the hotel is all that pram-friendly. However, I am sure a baby would be made to feel welcome! ||The wifi is of a good speed. A laundry service is provided. There are no kitchenette or catering facilities in the room, and the restaurant is not open at night, meaning you will need to go out (I highly recommend making bookings in advance! I saw so many people turned away from our restaurant last night).||I think it would be tricky to stay at this hotel and have a good time if you didn't have a car. I could be wrong but that's just my opinion. I would recommend getting a rental car if you want to stay here, because the hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants or shops. If not able to rent a car, I would recommend central Beaune or Dijon :) I hope this review helps you.

Beautiful hotel in a quaint setting next to a vineyard. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Everything feels cozy but luxurious. The service is excellent and the staff are so agreeable and helpful. There is breakfast offered which consisted of baked apple (highly recommend), fruit, breads & jam, juice, coffee or tea & some cured meat and cheese. There was also a cereal and dry fruit bar with some farm fresh eggs you could boil yourself to your liking. There are various seating arrangements outside to take in the view of the vineyards and chateau next door.

What a loverly place - hotel and winery. The people are very friendly here. We enjoyed a couple of relaxing days. The breakfast is great and something unique well served and tasty. The winery provides a nice selection of the great burgundy wines. The Chardonnay and the Meursault are very good.

This is a gorgeous hotel in a stunning and beautiful setting. Still accessible to all of the sites and restaurants of Beaune, but in its own peaceful and private world right on a vineyard- this is the experience you dream of in Burgundy. Sitting outside reading, petting the cat that wanders the grounds, drinking coffee in the morning is total perfection. You can walk around the corner to a small winery and do a tasting and buy a bottle. Breakfast is served in the gorgeous lounge and is unlike anything you will have elsewhere. Bathrooms are remodeled and lovely. The staff are wonderful. ||The one con: there was no AC in our room, but leaving the windows open let in tons of stink bugs. We have these on the East Coast of the US too, and they are a horrible pain. We decided we had to close the windows because we just couldn't take the bugs, and then it was really hot, especially when getting ready for the day. I saw in another review that some rooms have AC. If I were to stay at this lovely place again I'd be sure the room had AC.
