The hotel is located in the northern outskirts of Malinska – it’s basically the end of the road, where it makes a one-way loop to reach the last premises. It’s worth the ride – comfortable rooms, nice views, and wonderful food are to be had here.||There is free parking on site around the building, but a bit constrained when the hotel is full – get there early if you can...||Reception is friendly and efficient; there is a lift to take you to the upper floors.| |The room sizes are generous; those facing the sea are slightly larger, but the ones to the side are still way above average. Personally, I liked the side view better – apart from looking over a nice old olive grove, they also provide more views onto the Istrian mainland coast (instead of Malinska and the marina, which the full sea view rooms look onto).||The rooms have a stylish interior, with enough space to store your clothing and chairs to sit; free WiFi is available. ||The bathroom has a good size for one person (tight for two), with a generously sized walk-in shower. If you think it is a bit too dark, try the light switch next to the mirror – that switches on the remaining (in fact, the majority of the) luminaries…||The beds are good – I just wanted to put my feet up and woke up an hour later… Unfortunately, there is only one pillow type, and one pillow per person.||The windows can be pretty much fully darkened, with the exception of a slit at the bottom and some translucency of the curtains. The neighbourhood is blissfully quiet; however, the bell tower next door tolls every half hour, and while it is switched off over night, it will ring for the morning sermon at 6.30 h.||Breakfast is nothing to write home about (in stark contrast to the dinner); note you can have you egg made fresh to your liking.||Dinner is a great treat (and a real deal – you would easily pay twice that elsewhere for that quality); here is a gourmet menu offered, and that’s not an exaggeration – make sure you don’t miss it.

My words fall woefully short in describing this peaceful place off the beaten touristy path. Family owned and operated, this place has it all. Lovely facilities complete with private waterfront, luxury accommodations, infinity pool and world-class spa. Amazing service provided by the lovely family who have owned the property for decades. The original by bed & breakfast was upgraded about a decade ago with this first-class boutique hotel located a block or two from a historic port/fishing village. I definitely understand why folks return year-after-year.

To not waste too many words, it would be enough to say that this jewel of family efforts and beautiful nature is the right one to pick for a vacation. Even if you have seen all of the luxuries in the world, the kindness and hospitality met in this place are unbeatable. It feels like you are at home, the apartments are kept clean daily, meals are perfect and dinners are romantic and enriched by professional and kind personnel.

Boutique and Spa type hôtel directly on the Adriatic sea. Very quiet and restful as we were there in the off season. No transportation, car needed.|Very clean rooms, discreet service. Beautiful infinity pool. ||No menu available, the waiter proposed fish plates, no price given until after dinner, we trusted the recommendations price was fair, incredible freshness of ingredients, excellent wine. ||Recommand for a quiet getaway.|

Let’s start with the food - it was beyond delicious. When you book your holiday, make sure to book half-board since you do not want to miss this delicious food! They serve you three courses in the evening and you can get your salad from the buffet (salad buffet was sufficient but could be enlarged to increase variety). They are really flexible in case you want to change something from the menu or have something different and are always helpful and open! We had fish as a main course every day (usually one fish option and one meat option) which was super fresh and from local suppliers. The salmon was the best one that I have ever had!! Make sure to try their home made tomato basilic sauce - it is super fresh and amazing!||Besides the food, the hotel was really nice - modern and wel taken care of. Because of some overbookings we received a room upgrade to the presidential suite (main building) without any extra costs which came along with a huge balcony and an outside jaccuzi! The view was amazing and we did not miss anything. The sea and the pool are just a few steps away and there are enough sunbeds and umbrellas, so you do not need to worry. The water was quite cold but really clear and they provided a good staircase into the water (sometimes not so easy to get into the water in Croatia due to rocks & sea urchins). The hotel offers parking spots, they were always full but we managed to find one. Which also needs to be mentioned is the hospitality and friendliness of the staff, they all spoke German, were really helpful and we felt more than welcomed!||All in all, it was a really great vacation - nothing to be missed, we enjoyed it to the fullest and thank the hosts!!

What a wonderful hotel, everything was perfect from the room, to the grounds with a lovely pool and spaces to relax right on the beach, to the amazing food and friendliness of the staff. The views are stunning and a visit to the premium spa is well worth it, it caters to all, we will hopefully be back

The hotel is brand new, with quality materials and modern design. The view from the room is very nice. Also the Spa Wellness center is small (but correct for 24 rooms) with nice equipments and Marija as massage goddess!! The price of the treatments are convenient. There is a mix grass/concrete beach with plenty of sunchairs aun umbrellas and a small heated pool. Also linen and bath towels are top quality.||Let's speak about the price/services ratio: you are going to pay 300+ euro for a b&b only and get: no kayak, no SUP, no bikes, no gym, no parking ( 8 places for 24 rooms), no chance to have these basic beach toys without using your car and move another place. I did not was there for karaoke at night but some proposal like escursions, wine tasting, olive oil tasting (they produce it, one small sample would have been appreciated...). So, at the end, a nice box but cold as ice.
