Hotel Villa Mirasol

I don’t have the words to express how very much in love I am with this hotel and its staff. We stayed in the Carmen Suite. Two rooms 3 beds. Very spacious very clean and great price. Especially for the location. We were close to everything! Every single person we spoke with was always friendly and accommodating. I will absolutely be back. Oh, definitely try the chilaquiles when you stay here.

The rooms and facilities throughout the hotel are great bang for your buck. The location couldn’t be better. But it is the staff that steals the show with friendly, timely, and flawless service.

Amazing location, breakfast, and staff! Likes others have said, the value for the money cannot be beat. From check in to check out all of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They scheduled a car service for us to the airport, made dinner reservations, and more. The room was better than I expected for the price, very clean, nicely updated, and very comfortable beds. Blackout curtains would have been an added bonus, but that's why I travel with an sleeping mask. Breakfast offered so much variety! Your choice of a main breakfast dish (think chilaquiles, scrambled eggs with add-ins, fried eggs), fresh variety of fruits, fruit juice, toast, and coffee all included in full board breakfast. Everything we tried we liked! Also good to note - the hotel has a filtration system so you can drink the water right out of the sink. We just refilled our water bottles and chilled them in the fridge. Location is perfect and easy in the center of town, but still quiet. No big hills to walk up on your way back to this hotel. HIGHLY recommend booking this comfortable, clean, and friendly service hotel.

I would totally return to this hotel. We were visiting San Miguel from Texas and it was our first time. |The people at the hotel are so nice; the rooms are spotless; breakfast was very good and the value for the price was excellent. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. It is in an excellent location but is a cool, quiet and tranquil getaway from the action of SMA. We stayed in the Carmen Suite which has two very spacious bedrooms, bath, microwave and refrigerator. This was a perfect space for us and our two adult children. The second bedroom has two twin beds which was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. Our favorite part was the breakfast! So delicious! We also loved how someone was always available at the front desk, even when we returned late at night from a wedding. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall very good hotel and experience. Building and rooms well maintained and amenities on par or better with many others at same value and location. The key difference is the staff. They are exceptional. Any issues will be addressed promptly. Front desk can provide concierge services. Maintenance and housekeeping daily. Breakfast daily if desires. In general know that any place in the central area of San Miguel will be subject to street noises and fireworks on a regular basis. However, there seems to a presumed "lights-out" policy here and it can be quiet most of the night. But, you will hear doves in the morning which is ok with me.

The hotel is just beautiful, the rooms are well equipped with everything you need and it's very close to the plaza and very nice restaurants. However, I'd like to excel more is their service; it is beyond caring and accommodating. Everyone was super nice, but I'd like to give a special shout-out to Dulce.

very nice hospitality and very clean inside of this hotel. We can relax in this place very much. Car will be managed by valet parking.
