Hotel Villa Saint Hubert

The hotel is really nice, the owner is adorable she assisted us with everything explained in details all about the city and things to do anf see. The only and truly thing that could be different is a minibar (small fridge) the city is hot and would be nice to have a place to let or water cold especially after all day walking. But I definitely recommend this place, is well located close to Nice ville and easy to go to old town. Just a few meters from the tram station

This hotel was the perfect place to stay - really clean and great location, only a 30 second walk from the tram! Sophie was so helpful and accommodating - she gave us a map and recommended us places to go and kept our luggage safe for a few hours before we checked in.|The vibe of the hotel is really lovely, would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Nice, particularly for friends! Really reasonable for what you get, also only a 20 minute train ride away from Monaco! It is central but not too central, a few lovely cafes and restaurants nearby too.

Now I have my favorite hotel in Nice! And my favorite room) 💕to the sea, the beach 3 tram stops. Sophie is beautiful! Very kind and sweet! He will always bring everything you need, give you breakfast. A very cozy boutique hotel, cozy and warm. Each room has its own style. I will definitely come back here!

Amazing little hotel for an amazing price. We thought that they might cut corners for that price, but no, absolutely not. The hotel and the rooms are beautifully renovated. The owner (sorry that i forgot your name) is really nice and helped us with every little thing. Feels like a 4 star hotel, do not hesitate to book, i booked on the website.

Wonderful place, a small oasis in the bustling and crowded Nice! Walking distance to downtown or take the tram right outside. Rooms are clean, AC is cool and the breakfast in the pretty garden outside is the best! If you’re lucky you get to meet Polly, the cat.

The hotel is a beautiful building, with a beautiful garden in the front yard, the rooms are just out of the movies, so many details, and the style completes one's vacation in France. Our room was spotless and clean. We arrived late in the night/early morning and Sophie, the owner went out of her way to make sure we would find the venue and our room without any trouble. The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to all tourist destinations of Nice, and also the tram which makes it super easy to access from the airport via public transportation. Lots of great bakeries, markers, and cafes nearby. You will get to also see the daily market which is close by on your way to the old town. Our stay here was complete with her kindness every day and her wonderful recommendation of adding Saint Jean Cap Ferrat to our itinerary of Eze. We also had the privilege of having a lovely conversation with Sophie, learning so much about the kind and amazing people of Nice and France. Our vacation is complete with having had the luck of finding this beautiful hotel with an owner who has a heart as big as hers. We also highly suggest the lovely breakfast in the garden. We cannot wait to come back and also share Hotel Villa St-Hubert with the rest of our friends and family who consider visiting Nice, France. We loved this hotel! It was quaint, clean, and perfectly situated near a tram stop but in a quieter neighborhood than the city center. Sophie was a wonderful host- very kind and attentive!
