Hotel Villa Santa Catarina

This hotel exceeded my expectations, offering exceptional value for the price. The rooms are clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. The view is stunning, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is tasty, and the garden, with its beautiful flowers, trees, cacti, and natural hot springs, is a peaceful and relaxing spot to enjoy. Highly recommend!

A luxury hotel. Beyond the fact that the entire town has a privileged location, the hotel is incredible with its views and the tranquility it offers. From every private balcony in each room and every corner of the hotel, you can enjoy views of the lake and its volcanoes. The atmosphere, surrounded by flowers, trees, and other natural elements, creates an ideal oasis for relaxation, whether in the regular pool or the heated one. On top of that, the exceptional service from the staff, always available to assist guests with a warm smile, adds to the experience, along with delicious breakfast options. Additionally, being just one block from the lake, any excursion you wish to take is only a few meters away from the hotel.

Breathtaking Guatemalan decoration in every detail . Fantastic views of lake Atitlán and you can catch both sunset and sunrise. Food is great and staff is very attentive and all smiles. Could use a better spa- only had one masseusse and of course booking last minute was difficult.

The views are beautiful and the hotel is well organized. However, the rooms are very simple, clean, but bed is uncomfortable and breakfast was not included and not good. Overall we felt there is not a good balance between price and quality.

We choosed this hotel for our honeymoon Guatemala trip, and we made the best decision ever. They upgraded our room to an incredibile suite with great view and a really nice fireplace, the service is great as well as the food at the restaurant. The position is super since really close to Pana, easy for shuttles around. I had poisoning and I felt really bad, they leaved me the same room for additional 2 days, they have been so kind. I warmly suggest this hotel to everyone looking for a stop in Atitlan lake!

Simply amazing . The decoration and setting on lake atenango is breathtaking , the service good . They have a swimming pool and a thermal water wading pool, beautiful gardens , every detail is beautiful to look at and the staff is very nice . Lake Atenango is a must in Guatemala

Beautifully landscaped grounds. The rooms do not have air conditioning. My soap dispenser was not filled during my visit. It quieted down nicely after 2200.

Unnecessary rude staff and the food was inedible. The worst place we stayed during our travels in Guatemala. Would not recommend. Also no breakfast or coffee included in the rates. Rooms ok but for the price would expect a little more. The location is fine.
