HOTEL VILLA SARAH

We were there for 3days and totally love that hotel and all of staff as well ! Clean room condition, close to town centre and super market, kindness people! We enjoyed the pool so much:) Although the hill it's no problem for us ! Thank you for all and love from Korea. + Recommend to use luggage service !

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The view is just breathtaking. The family that runs the place is incredibly kind and sweet—I honestly loved them. However, the location is very difficult to reach and quite exhausting to get to.

The location of Capri |Again, hard beds, no restaurant, Breakfast 2 out of 10, coffee excellent, service of staff service friendly and helpful.|Again wasn't told about the location, is all by walking uphill (steep) 15 mins, as no car access. Room small but have some engish tv channels|Again, our Travel agent told us nothing about this.|Had to pay 100 Euros to get all the bags to the hotel, and also back to the ferry.|Hotel is lovely once you arrive.

Service in this hotel is better than any hotel I have ever stayed. It is family run and you really do feel like they care. They are so quick to help with any query you may have. They also gave me a free room upgrade when I was staying on my own. Thank you

This hotel is off the beaten path and nestled in gardens. The pool was so refreshing after a hot day exploring Capri. The staff were wonderful, even helped us practice our Italian. Our room was clean and comfortable, we slept well. There are a couple of ways to get to the hotel, one path being steeper than the other. Pay attention to the routing the hotel will give you, we didn't and ended up taking the steeper route. The location is good for exploring the island on foot paths.

Do not book it! This hotel just ruined our holidays.||It has cancelled our room the day before (on a weekend in july!) and their solution was to put us in a 2*. All hotels that have same category and services cost 500-900 € per night. Do not book it if you want to enjoy capri.

Absolutely perfect! The location is amazing, close enough to everything, far enough for a peaceful space. The staff are lovely. The rooms are stunning, the quality of everything (towels, organic products, breakfast) creates the perfect atmosphere. Not sure what’s with some of these reviews. We’re from Canada and this hotel is clean, they accommodated my gluten free request at breakfast and the overall experience surpassed my expectations. Enjoy!!

Villa Sarah is a lovely small hotel situated out of the town. There is a small pool with sunbathing/seating areas around it. The gardens are very pretty. Our bedroom and bathroom were a good size with a balcony looking over the sea. The buffet breakfast was good with indoor and outdoor seating. The shower is over the bath, which is a bit difficult for older people, but there was a handy grab rail to help with access
