My Mom and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Saxe Eiffel. The rooms were kept very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The service from the breakfast staff, cleaning staff, and front desk were all very attentive and friendly. Mouad, their Senior Receptionist, was especially very helpful and always made sure we were well taken care of. His service was amazing and made our stay very special. The location gives you a great view of the Eiffel Tower and is located near a farmer's market that runs every Thursday and Saturday. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. Had a room right outside the elevator but didn’t have a noise problem or anything. The room was clean and actually quite big for Paris standards. We discovered a blood stain on the blanket at face height which was 100% not from us. Told the staff at the reception about it before we went out for dinner. The receptionist seemed like she understood the issue. When we came back, almost 5 hours later we had to realise that no one took care of our issue. Everything was just the same in our room. So I went back down to tell the receptionist of the next shift about it. He seemed like he knew about the problem but hadn’t done anything yet. After explaining it to him he gave us a sheet which me and my partner put on the blanket ourselves. Unfortunately the sheet was for a bigger blanket so I had to go down again. I’m honestly enraged that I felt bad for asking the receptionist again late at night to help us again. He gave us the right sized sheet which we had to put on ourselves again and our problem was finally solved. I really liked the hotel but the way we / our issue was treated is just not acceptable at all.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The location of the hotel is decent, it is approximately 20 minutes walking to more lively areas of Paris or the Eiffel tower. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating during every interaction we had with them. The lobby is well decorated and the hotel itself is charming. There is a street market that takes place every Thursday and Saturday just outside the hotel. There is also a convenience store and bakery nearby. There is also a cafe nearby. I'm not sure what the criteria is in Paris to be a 4 star hotel, but the room did not have a mini fridge and there didn't seem to be anywhere to get ice. If you want to store food at the hotel, you have to leave it with the front desk and then ask for it. Then in order to warm up the food, you have to do so in a small staff room with the microwave. It works but not ideal. We asked about this, and they said they removed all fridges from rooms due to environmental reasons. Also, the bathrooms are designed in such a way that when you take a shower, water goes everywhere in the washroom making the floor all wet. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you can get a decent price.

Google
Amazing hotel in the heart of Paris with view to the Eiffel Tower! The hotel is very modern and the rooms are huge! My room had a direct view to the Eiffel Tower even from the bathroom! I would definitely recomend this hotel if you want to have a great experience in Paris.

We stayed in this hotel for one night during my birthday trip. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast room was spacious and you could also grab some free tea or a glass of water during the day in this room. Our room was spacious, shower and toilet were in two rooms separately. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the great selection of pillows. Only bad thing was that our room was directly behind the staircase so it was quite loud in the morning as people started walking up and down for breakfast.

As we arrived we had a stained towel and there was still take-out packaging from the previous guests in the room. At breakfast the next morning i went for the salmon which made me sick for the rest of the day. Would not recommend

We stayed at Villa Saxe Eiffel for several days in mid-October, and found the location quiet, the room comfortable and the staff excellent. The neighborhood had a Thurs & Saturday outdoor market, plus a top notch boulangerie and corner market right down the street. Our Jr. Suite room was unmatched for our American needs, and easy access to metro and nice restaurants nearby. I’d book this hotel again in moment.

I've been to this hotel a few times. The rooms are well equipped and clean, and the hotel is nice in general. Past service was good. The last time, I partially paid online and partially at the hotel. I requested an invoice for the full amount of the room. After 2 weeks and 19 emails, the receptionists still fail to understand what I asking for. I asked to talk with the manager and then they stopped replying. Very disappointing, I had recommended this hotel in the past, now I don't, it's not worth it, many nice similar hotels around.

Yelp
This hotel was more of a boutique hotel. We had a group of 5 so we needed multiple rooms which they were able to accommodate. We felt like we were more in a residential area so slightly away from town. There are a couple of restaurants/cafe but otherwise had to walk/uber. The rooms were modern and clean. The shower did leak as the door does not close fully. The only issue we ran in to was having the hotel staff contact t a taxi for us, and we nearly missed our Versailles tour. The staff otherwise were great. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee/ hot chocolate machine that was accessible all day. Overall, would stay here again if you're looking for a boutique hotel. Rooms are on the smaller side. Slightly away from the hustle and bustle. Other neat features are the market on Thursdays and Saturdays and they had garage sale/ antique sale on Sundays just outside the hotel. Accessibility: mostly accessible. There are no stairs and there is a small elevator. Rooms and bathrooms are small and no accessibility set up (small ledge to enter shower, no built in shower chair etc). Unclear if this hotel provides accommodations.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Centrally located, beautiful safe neighborhood, courteous and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, not as small as some other hotels in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay in the same hotel if we come back to Paris.

Yelp
Loved it! The location is absolutely quiet, clean, calm, and within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Our room was absolutely beautiful! We had a balcony facing the Eiffel Tower! The hotel is boutique, so it is pretty private, quiet, clean and very cozy! All staff speak English- some are way more conversational than others, but, nonetheless all were very nice to us. At first we took Uber's everywhere but after the second day, we walked EVERYWHERE! This particular location I considered the TriBeCa of Nyc. Beautifully kept buildings, the area is very safe, bistros/cafes/restaurants everywhere. Definitely will return to Paris next year and will once again stay at this property! * Eiffel Tower is within 5 or 6 blocks from property **

Yelp
Quiet nice neighborhood near a park and the Eiffel Tower. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. They gave us really clear subway directions, in English, to the train station.

Yelp
It was my wife babymoon vacation. We started our trip from Nice, Monaco, Cannes, .... and our last stop, Paris. This hotel has the accomodations of a 5 star hotel. Staff are super nice and very friendly. PS: ... there's a sauna in there... oh and an awesome massage chair. (Damn that was good!!.. i fell asleep on it)

Yelp
We loved the quiet neighborhood setting of this hotel. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The hotel is walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, and there were great restaurants nearby. The hotel offers two e-bikes for rent, if you want to see other parts of the city. The breakfast bar and dining area was AMAZING. And the rooms, while a bit small were clean, modernly furnished and very comfortable.

Yelp
Location was good in a quiet neighborhood close to Eiffel Tower but you couldn't see it from hotel. Staff was friendly but not very helpful. We had 3 rooms and all three of them were extremely hot. One couple asked about AC and were told only fans were on because they hadn't turned ac on for hotel yet. We let them know every day for the 3 days we were there that we were sweating and uncomfortable and staff only kept insisting we didn't use AC properly. We live in PR and FL we definitely know how to use an AC. Rooms were tiny but the carpet seemed to be extremely dusty as our whole group was suffering from allergies from hotel maybe due to bad air circulation. From the hotel we had just left in London with 5 stars and great service to this was disappointing and made our Paris trip disappointing. Also nothing is very close to this location.. be prepared to take a cab or uber.

Yelp
My wife and I stay here a few weeks back while we were in Paris celebrating our first wedding anniversary. This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly, and we loved the location. You're a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, metro stops, and cafes. We had an amazing time and can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Great place and location. Excelent staff and service! Breakfast was not worth it, it's better and cheaper to go out for breakfast.
