The hotel is beautiful, well designed, and the location is excellent, very close to the Eiffel Tower. These are definitely strong points.
However, unfortunately, the service level was very disappointing. When we entered the room for the first time, the bed was dirty and had red spots on it, which is unacceptable. We informed the reception, and while they did check the issue, the reaction felt dismissive and not taken seriously.
For context, I travel frequently (around 10–11 times a year), and this experience was below expectations. There was also a noticeable lack of housekeeping attention, including being very stingy with tissues and general cleaning services.
Overall, the room and location are great, but the service and cleanliness need significant improvement.
For this reason, I give the hotel 2 stars only
