Villa Schuller, one word to describe it, just MAGICAL….!!|It has been two weeks since we returned from our holiday in Sicily. Stayed at villa Schuller for eight nights (16-24 of August 2025 ) and I can honestly say we had the best holiday ever.|Villa Schuller is situated right in the heart of Taormina.| Arrived at Villa Schuller in the middle of the night, but Giada and Marko made our checking very seamlessly. Marko helped us with our luggages and gave us a welcoming drink, and Giada very clearly explained everything we needed to know about the hotel and our stay there.|We stayed in room 28 which was located on the third floor. The room had two balconies with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea on one side, and Mount Etna on the other. Our room was spacious with high ceilings, and the view from both balconies was to die for. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and sheets were crispy white.|The bathroom was also very nice with fantastic amenities.|Breakfast was delicious, lots of varieties to choose from, and freshly made every day.||Thank you Giada, Marko, Rosita, Simona and each member of stuff at Villa Schuller for going above and beyond to make our holiday the one to remember.|You are all very kind, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional people. You are all amazing, you are all shining 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟|Sorry, we mentioned only few names here, but we would like you to know that we appreciate each and everyone of you, and can’t thank you enough for everything that you have done to make our holiday so special.|Thank you for helping us to book the beautiful beach clubs you had collaborated with, thank you for helping us book our trips and transfers from one place to another.|Everything organised by you was perfection.||We highly, highly recommend Villa Schuller to anyone who is looking to book a holiday in Taormina.||We miss you all very much and can’t wait to see you all again soon! ||Best wishes to you all from;|A.A.M - H family

Just returned from a week in Taormina and Hotel Villa Schuler was absolutely magical! This family-owned hotel delivered a truly first-class experience from start to finish. The staff genuinely cared about making our time special - arranging airport transfers, activity reservations, and even turning the delicious breakfast into something memorable each morning! You could feel their passion for hospitality in every interaction. Simply put, this was hospitality at its absolute finest!||Villa Schuler is perfectly located for exploring Sicily, with beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained rooms with spectacular views. We just loved this place and found ourselves excited to return each evening after our family adventures! If you want an unforgettable experience with genuine hospitality, this place is extraordinary. We can't wait to go back!||Fondly, Colleen, Rooms 20, 18, and 7||Highest Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Could not say better things about this place. The views from every angle, either mt etna or the water. The courtyard and garden were immaculate. Room was extremely clean. The best part for us though was the staff. Everyone behind the desk was so accommodating, helpful, and kind. They remembered our names and room number when we would walk in. 10/10 would recommend this place

Oldest, privately owned hotel in Taormina (1905?) - beautiful art-nouveau decor and incredibly well tended garden - like a mini Kew Gardens - with fascinating array of (labeled) tropical plants and turtles! Very central (but tucked away from the chaos of the main street) and has its own parking garage (v reasonable cost).|The hotel staff were incredibly helpful - recommending and booking 2 superb restaurants and a great beach club. I can't say enough good words about them - they made a great hotel into an unforgettable experience.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my Euro 2025 trip. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I planned a proposal for my girlfriend, and they went out of their way to help—organizing a beautiful boat tour and arranging every taxi we needed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, and our sea view room was absolutely charming. Thanks to their kindness, this trip was unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Just completed a 7 night stay at this wonderful hotel. We couldn't fault anything. The location was perfect. Access to Corsa Umberto through the garden of the hotel and a few steps up an alley and you were there. Even being so close to the Main Street there was no noise whatsoever The friendliness of the staff was unbelievable. The room we had on the top floor was spotless and fantastically maintained everyday. The view was to die for. Breakfast every morning was excellent and again served by friendly staff. One morning we were leaving early on an excursion. We asked at reception the night before if we could have earlier breakfast. They were only too pleased to accommodate. When we return to Taormina we will without hesitation stay at the Villa Schuler

This is a lovely, small boutique hotel with the best location in Taormina. Sadly doesn’t have a pool but they have deals with local beach clubs who pick you and take you back which we did for one afternoon. Take beach shoes as the sand is too hot to walk on and extremely pebbly and painful too!! The breakfast has to be confirmed night before and is a little disappointing. The terrace couldn’t be used due to the wasps and the breakfast room is ruined by curtains so no view. Other than this the hotel is fabulous - upgrade to sea and Mount Etna view. The garden is amazing, with the oldest tree in Taormina, there is a small pond with the cutest turtles! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend for a stay in a very busy and expensive Taormina!

We have just left Hotel Villa Schuler after a week. This hotel in the heart of Taormina with the most stunning view was just amazing. During our stay we had the a la carte breakfast. No matter if you prefer sweet, fresh or healthy breakfast there is something for you. From day one all of the staff has been helpful. Weather if it’s been on mail a head of our arrival or during our stay we have always received help from staff with a smile on their faces. They really do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you to all the staff. Kind regards Room 12

Yelp
Beautiful historic hotel; fancy atmosphere, well kept. We stopped by for a full breakfast at 8am because nowhere local had food yet. Terrace seating with amazing view of water; waitstaff were phenomenal with 5 star service. Full breakfast was 20 euros each but was essentially all you can eat from the menu. Would definitely come back and consider staying at hotel in future.

Yelp
Very nice hotel in the center of Taormina! The view from the rooms is breathtaking and the a la carte breakfast is really good. On the negative side the hotel has a very limited number of parking slots. Better to book them well in advance. In alternative there is a quite close private parking but expensive.

Yelp
This luxury hotel in Taormina is centrally located for restaurants and shops since it is perched on one of Taormina's many hills. The view from hotel and its two terraces are breathtaking and unencumbered. We booked an ocean view suite (very reasonable price too) and had and our own spacious terrace and a small solarium room, both of which faced the sea. The main room had ample closet and drawers to unpack. The bathroom had a strong, modern shower and plenty of room to place toiletries. Best of all was that every single inch was spotless and flawlessly maintained. For me a good 5 star hotel is in the service and the details. The staff shows they are happy to have you as their guests. Our room upon arrival was stocked with: a full bottle of wine, a large box of Sicilian cookies, 4 pieces of fresh fruit and a large bottle of water all with a welcome note. Tasteful touches such as fine towels and linens are abundant. There is no dinner type restaurant but a full breakfast is served on the huge, breathtaking ocean terrace. This breakfast is from an a la carte menu not a minimal buffet. Amazing breads, cheeses, eggs to order, meats, yoghurts, cereal and all types of coffee. There is a glass elevator which takes you to a common 4th floor lounge and outside are flowers gardens with turtle and fish ponds to enjoy a quiet afternoon. A rear stone stairwell from the hotel grounds is a shortcut to the busy Main Street for countless shops and eateries. I especially want to commend every single staff member we had contact with--they were all outstanding. One warning note only if you are driving: Sicily is not fond of road signage and though the hotel is on a main one way road, the right turn onto Via Roma looks like an ally not a road as you approach the town's busy tourist street. We had a paper map, live GPS and hotel instructions and still had to drive around several times before we saw the turn. Valet parking for a fee is well worth it.
