We stayed here for a night on our way to Venice airport from the Dolomites and it was lovely. I don’t know what all of the reviews about bad service could possibly be about. The staff were super attentive and helpful. They greeted us and grabbed our things immediately. I’d also highly recommend the property prosecco tasting. It was so informative and the highlight of our stay. Thank you for the wonderful stop over hotel villa soligo

Our Villa Soligo experience was very nice. The building is charming and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. The restaurants'ambience is nice and the food quality is very good. Pricing is reasonable.||The only hiccup was when we ordered a chicken club sandwich. The chicken was very scarce and returned it to the Kitchen. In less than two minutes the Director made herself present to apologize and offer alternate dishes. Even though I told her that I was ok and not interested in anything else, she insisted in sending to our table some cookies and two pieces of chocolate cake that were very nice (on the house). I commend her for caring for patrons and trying to remedy issues right away.||The room was clean and very charming and comfortable. ||I gave Villa Soligo a top rating not only because it is a nice hotel but most importantly because in an imperfect world their work culture is to accomodate the client and strive to do better, which in my case they did very well.||

Great Villa, but let's be honest. The website had images and texts offering a close proximity to a vineyard, bicycles, and Spa and Sauna and so much more. There is - in fact - no vineyard nearby, upon our arrival (Saturday afternoon) the Spa and Sauna area was closed. We needed to book its use, at Euro 30 a head, and bicycles at Euro 60 a day. We spent 2 nights in a Junior Suite, the savior was the stunning Ristorante Tino, divine. This hotel suffers from exaggarating what you get. BTW, the sauna is soooo tiny. Enough! The Veneto is known for great Spa hotels, and this lovely Villa needs to re-think its offering.

This hotel is a very special place — perfect for a quick retreat after the noise and rush of city life. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with beautifully interior design that creates an sense of comfort. The on-site restaurant is a real highlight, offering delicious food. Highly recommended for anyone looking to recharge in style and tranquility

This must be one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Nestled among the vineyards and hills of Prosecco, this beautiful villa is simply an oasis of serenity. Everything goes here at a slow pace, with grace and elegance. The staff is extremely polite and we felt treated like nobility A very big thank you to the staff of the hotel!

Very much what you read; very nice facility but service is NOT SLH. Staff of several young women stare at you when you arrive but don’t assist in any way. This was consistent from check in, breakfast and check out. Stayed at SLH Manza a week earlier and the service was impeccable. This place needs management to wake up. Heard many complaints during our stay. Physically, facility is lovely and clean

Imagine a 4 Star Hotel run by interns where the boss is on holiday. Should not be an SHL Hotel. Breakfast is basic, dinner was good and in the end it's very fairly priced. + Attractice price, nice rooms, good location - Staff, overall service Clarification: Tino's (the fining dining Restaurant on the premises) is amazing.

That’s what called a fake luxury. We came here for an event. We were treated quite poorly at the reception, nobody even hold the door for us to enter with bags, and just seating and watching us struggle. When we finally entered, a manager appeared, and everything straight became clear. He mistook me with someone, and when I say he got confused, we did not even deserve a “hi”, but only “ah, ok”. Upon check-in we asked if a check-out is at 12, because we remembered that from a website while booking, but the lady insisted it’s at 11. Later, double checking it ourselves, we proved right, and she said “ah, but I did not know you are a gold member! Yes, then at 12”…I mean…should not it be written in your computer?? Ridiculous. So, in a nutshell, the pros are: - very spacious nice modern rooms - the territory is really beautiful - the pool area is quite, fresh and peaceful - the chef of the place (we attended an event), is a true pro, food and organization were amazing - a complimentary processo in the room The cons: - most importantly - management and staff! Horrible experience. We started being treated with more respect, when they saw that an organiser of the event (a very respectable and famous person), gave us a hug…I mean, what a hell is that?? - I would suggest to keep a more precise eye on linens and bedsheets. The pillow case we had, had some holes. - the sink was leaking, making a huge pool on the floor. When we called reception about that, all we got were towels to put on the floor😆 - miscommunication between the staff. For example, At the reception we were told that towels for pool are next to the pool area. We came, did not find anything, my husband went back to the reception, and only after that they brought towels. Overall, I would definitely suggest another place, as soon as management remains the same.
